I’m a first-generation college graduate with a BA in Sports Management and a background as a college athlete. My career began with a strong commitment to community, working extensively with youth sports. From there, I transitioned to high school football coaching, where I honed my skills and passion for developing young athletes. After a few years in coaching, I joined the Chicago Bears as the Youth & High School Football Coordinator, a role I proudly hold today. Alongside my work with the Bears, I’m also a private quarterback trainer, dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.
I can help athletes improve their game by creating a tailored training plan that focuses on their specific strengths and areas for growth. We’ll start by setting clear goals, then work on essential skills like mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and game IQ to build a solid foundation. I incorporate drills that simulate game situations, so they’re ready for real-game challenges.
In addition to physical training, I focus on the mental side of performance—helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure. I also provide honest, constructive feedback so they understand their progress and what’s needed to keep advancing. With consistent support and a structured approach, I’m committed to helping each athlete elevate their game to the next level.
In a typical training session, we’ll follow a structured plan to maximize development and build consistency.
1. Warmups/Stretches: We’ll start with a dynamic warmup and stretching to prepare the body, activate muscles, and reduce the risk of injury.
2. Strength Period: Next, we focus on strength-building exercises tailored to the athlete’s needs. These can include core, upper body, and lower body drills designed to build the power, stability, and balance needed in-game.
3. Individuals Period (Indy): This part of the session hones specific skills, such as footwork, mechanics, and position-specific techniques. Here, I give detailed, focused coaching to refine each athlete’s skill set.
4. Main Focus of the Day: We then move to the day’s key objective. For quarterbacks, this might mean working on accuracy, timing with receivers, reading defenses, or handling game scenarios. This section is designed to build strengths and address areas of improvement in real-game contexts.
5. Conditioning & Cool-Down Stretches: To finish, we do a conditioning workout to boost endurance, followed by a cool-down stretch to aid recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and maintain flexibility.
This structured approach ensures that each training session is productive, purposeful, and tailored to help athletes progress steadily toward their goals.
My favorite coach, Elton Harris, now an Illinois Coaches Hall of Fame inductee for High School Football, was a huge influence on my development. Coach Harris always pushed me to be the best version of myself and gave me honest feedback about my progress. His dedication to my growth and straightforward approach were qualities I deeply valued and continue to carry forward in my own coaching.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
