Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I was a British semi and / professional athlete in: Basketball: Combat Sports,Track and Field, BOXING, FENCING, weight training and an array of other sports. I have a degree in sport science and biological sciences. I was mostly coached by professional athlete's and professional coaches from all around the globe. I have been instrumental in getting UK and US athletes to state and national championships year after year. I have helped track and field athlete's secure collegiate scholarships.
My coaching techniques are based off tried and tested professional coaching techniques from the US and globally. Every athlete is unique to me, and I base my work-outs off the highest caliber research methods. I have professional leadership skills, my duty is to the client, I show respect for all, selfless service, honesty, integrity and personal accountability in all that I do."
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I have had a plethora of professional coaches throughout my career as both athlete and trainer. For me to only pick one coach l ever had would be unprofessional, as they all have guided me in all aspects of training,competing and everything to do with the athletic world
What should athletes and parents know about you?
As as track and filed Coach for the past two years, I have successfully manage to coach Buena High School athletes to qualify for AZ state and US Nationals ( 2010-2013). And, help athletes secure full collegiate Track and Field scholarships, or been approached by colleges such as: Pima ( AZ), Westminster University (UT), and more... regarding signing now or in the future BHS athletes in their school athletic program.
Recently, I volunteered as a jump / sprint coach with Tucson Elite ( Coach Harvey's) US Olympic Track and Field. And assisted their sprint and LJ athletes qualify for nationals.

What does a typical training session look like?

I would have to get an idea as to what my athlete needs are. This is carried out with a one-on-one primarily consultation. There are so many factors that determine what type of plan will be constructed for each athlete.
The athlete needs to sign wavier, have doctors permission to exercise, he or she will have to explain any injuries that they may have and if so consult the relevant specialist for me to established any specific routines or exercises that may need to be professionally devised.
