About Me:

I’ve played football in pop Warner for 3 year for the woodcrest generals

Moved on to high school where I play football and ran Track & field for Washington prep high 2009-2012 in Los Angeles California

Then moved on to jr college and played 2 years at

West Los Angeles jr college 2013-2016

Then after a few injuries I transferred to

Tabor College In Hillsboro Kanas were I played 2 more years of football from 2016-2018

After graduation I continue my career over seas I traveled to Vannes France were I played for the

Vannes France Mariners played one season there from 2023-2024

Finally most recently I played in Edmonton Canada

In the (AFL ) Alberta Football League for the Edmonton elite

2024-2025

By reparation and paying attention to detail normalizing

Game activity and behavior/ movement so when you’re in the game it’s second nature, also study your craft know the history and lastly you have to put in the work !

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session look like a

Great meal to start the day after food settles

First you do a good warm up run

2/4 laps around a track 10/15%

Just to warm up

Then stretch out for 30/45 mins

Then engage in the workout depending on what sport

Your preparing for

Then after field training you’d have a weight lifting session

Then finally you’d cool down with another stretch

And running a mile at the end

Depending on when your game or activity is scheduled determine how intense the work would be

Career summary and accomplishments:

I have coach a little league team in France as a defensive back coach for 16u

Best coach I ever had:

I couldn’t pick one coach over the other every coach I had played his right role for me at the time he was in my life

So coaches helped me more as a player some as a student

And others like a son, do for me I’d say all my coaches where the best because with the little they had to work with and experience they had or Lack there of, they still found away to keep me and the team motivated beyond the Winning of a game or race.. they insured we were good men athletes students and sons !

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Athletes parents will know that their kid will be in a good safe environment with a person that care about their kid as a person and not another athlete used to farther my agenda. They’ll know that there kid well learn to compete at a high level and to have sportsmanship also they’ll know that I’ll be also building character and resiliency in there child which will roll over into real life. Also they’d be happy to know that I’m a stretch practitioner and have advanced knowledge on sports injury’s and recovery

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
