Train the mind. Reach your goals with confidence. Find your peak performance.
I help athletes develop the mental skills they need to perform with greater confidence, focus, and consistency, allowing them to enjoy the process and keep their love for their sport while competing. Through personalized, evidence-based mental performance coaching, we work together to manage pressure, overcome barriers, level up training, and build a mindset that helps them perform at their best and reach their goals in and out of their sport.
The mental side of sport can be the difference between knowing you have the ability vs. being able to trust yourself and let that ability show consistently when it matters most.
I help athletes develop practical mental skills to build confidence, manage nerves and pressure, stay focused, respond to mistakes and challenges, navigate negative thoughts and perfectionism, set meaningful goals, work through injury and transitions to new teams, levels, and out of sport, and become more consistent in their approach to training and competition.
Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or looking to take your performance to the next level, we’ll identify what matters most to you and build skills that you can apply in your sport and beyond.
No two athletes or sessions look exactly the same. We’ll start by checking in on what’s been going on in your sport and life, then focus on a specific mental skill or challenge that connects to your individual goals.
Sessions are interactive and practical. We might reflect on and work through a recent competition or practice, identify thought patterns that are affecting performance, learn about and practice a mental strategy, create a pre-performance routine, or set goals for applying a skill in your next practice or competition.
The goal isn’t just to talk about the mental side; it’s to learn, practice, and apply skills you can continue using on your own.

The best coach I ever had was my high school cross country coach. He genuinely cared about every athlete on the team and made a point to celebrate both individual and team successes. He also understood that preparing athletes for competition went beyond physical training.
He incorporated mental skills into our training, including visualization, self-talk, goal setting, and reflection. Experiencing that as an athlete showed me how impactful it can be when a coach recognizes the whole person and intentionally develops the mental side of performance.
I believe athletes are people first. Your performance matters, but so does your confidence, well-being, relationships, goals, interests, and enjoyment of your sport. You are more than an athlete. You may also be a student, sibling, friend, teammate, family member, or have other interests and responsibilities outside of your sport. All of these parts of your life influence how you show up and perform as an athlete.
I want athletes to feel supported, understood, and comfortable being honest about what they’re experiencing. My goal is not to give every athlete the same set of tools, but to meet each athlete where they are and help them develop strategies that fit who they are, their sport, and their goals.
Most importantly, I want athletes to take away skills they can use long after our sessions end. The tools learned are useful for navigating challenges, building confidence, and approaching both their sport and life with greater self-awareness and resilience.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
