About Me:

I play D1 basketball at Southern University. I was a starter for every game this season and played a pivotal role in winning this year's conference championship. I led the team in rebounding and was the second leading scorer. I was also the captain of this year's 2025-2026 squad. I have over 6 years of training elementary, middle, and high school.

How I can help you improve your game:

I help athletes improve by building strong fundamentals, confidence, and understanding of the game. Every workout is structured with purpose, focusing on skill development that translates into real game situations. I meet each player where they are, push them to improve, and create an environment where they can grow, stay consistent, and enjoy getting better.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

We start with a guided warm-up and stretch for about 10–15 minutes. This is one of the most important parts of the workout because it helps prevent injuries and sets the tone for the session.

From there, we move into ball handling for about 25–30 minutes, focusing on control and being comfortable with the ball in different situations. This is where players really start to build their foundation.

Next, we go into form shooting for about 25–30 minutes, where the focus is on proper mechanics and consistency. We make sure each athlete understands how to shoot the right way before gradually stepping back and adding range.

After that, we bring everything together with combination drills for about 15–20 minutes, using cones and guided movements that lead into finishing and shooting. This helps players apply what they’ve learned in a more game-like way while still keeping it simple and controlled.

We finish every session with free throws, reinforcing focus and confidence, because those are often the shots that decide games. hour and a half max. Rest and Recovery are just as important as time in the gym. 1st session is to highlight weaknesses to make sure we develop those skills and fundamentals before fine tuning the strengths. Every Session will start with a 10-15 minute stretch.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I scored over 1000 points and over 700 rebounds in my High School Career. I have a State Championship and Conference Championship under my belt. I was the 7A Player of the year coming out of High School and was named to Atlanta's First Team All-Metro. Averaged 18.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game as a senior. Nominated for Georgia Miss Basketball

Best coach I ever had:

High School Coach- Ashley Luke-Clanton;

She showed me how to run a program with discipline and structure and never cared how great you were as long as you played with energy and effort.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Parents and athletes should know that I truly care about development, not just results. My focus is on helping players build confidence, strong fundamentals, and a real understanding of the game that will stay with them long-term. I’m patient, supportive, and I create an environment where athletes feel comfortable learning and making mistakes, because that’s how real growth happens. At the same time, I hold players accountable and encourage them to give their best effort every session. As a current college athlete, I understand what it takes to improve and compete at a high level, and I bring that experience into every workout to help guide and mentor each player.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
