Providing runner's tools for consistency, confidence, and personal development
As a NCAA distance athlete with years of high-level experience in both track and cross country, I want to share values of patience, consistency, and confidence to athletes in a supportive and nurturing environment. I aspire to encourage and motivate runners to build their own love for the sport through personal enjoyment and passion via short-term process and long-term goals.
As a human, running is one of the most physically demanding activities. When pushing your body to its limit, how do you mitigate the inevitable pain? Running is so much more than the physical act of lacing up your shoes and getting out the door. Optimal performance starts with the mindset you put yourself in and what you are telling yourself before, during, and after competition. I am a true believer in training one's mind and body both separately and together. No matter one's age/experience I can provide beginner/expert level habits when it comes to training someone's foundational habits I and outside of training. From daily acts of mindfulness or meditation to positive self-talk, I am here to cater to one's needs. In the end of the day, I am here to meet every one of my client's individual needs as we build structured training programs and workouts to help one find the best version of themself!
Typically, a training session would look like:
-10-20 minutes of easy jogging + dynamic mobility and drills emphasizing technique through posture
-A structured training program directly tailored to each clients' personal needs
-Training for all ages consists mostly of Zone 1-2 training (common buzzword nowadays for easy aerobic volume) throughout the entirety of each training block
-Strides, Fartlek's, Tempo's (Threshold), and VO2 Max Workouts are tentative depending on each athlete/time of year but essential to each training block
-Training blocks may last 6-12 weeks depending on the athlete
-29:25 10k, 14:14 5k 23:45 8k Cross Country
-Trains up to 100 miles per week
-Recipient of athletic scholarship for Division 1 athletics in 2024
-Team Captain
-Team MVP Cross Country 2024 Season
-8km Cross Country: #8 all time at the University of San Francisco
-10km Track: #6 all time at the University of San Francisco
-USF Male Athlete of the Year Nominee 2024-2025 School Year
When I was 20 years old, I took a gap year off school and returned home for a year. Back home I was working a full-time job, barely even considering returning back to finish my education at this point in my life. I continued to train alone and entered a few races not associated to any sort of team. A local college coach at the time reached out to me via Instagram saying he'd love to have me at his afternoon running club sometime. Once I joined, I never looked back. Within the span of four months, I began to truly become the athlete I always sought out to be. I credit this not only to his training philosophy, but his coaching style as a whole. He taught me how to believe, and how to be the toughest version of myself when it came to race day. I developed a personal relationship with this coach beyond the track and now being back in the NCAA competing once again, I am still in touch with him. This type of relationship I developed with this coach is the relationship I intend to have with all of my athletes. In the end of the day, I want each athlete to feel understood, confident, and motivated to chase and find success in their goals.
The main thing parent and athletes should know about me is my values I have as a coach. I value long-term development rather than short-term success. I prioritize one's happiness and enjoyment within their daily lives both in and outside of training. In the end of the day, running supposed to be fun! I want parents and athletes to know the trust and commitment I desire to create with each client as we build together towards one's goals.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
