A current 22-year-old (Active) player working to play pro but also develop talent by skill development learned from top academies. I train players ranging from beginners to current pro or pro-ready players. What a typical training session looks like with me:

It is tailored based on 1. age, 2. the level they are currently at, and 3. Their goals. On training, my philosophy resides from my pro-am trainer:

"Ages 6–12: Foundational Technical Mastery & Enjoyment"- centers on maximizing quality ball contact and developing foundational technique rather than early specialization or tactical complexity. Drills that improve first touch, passing accuracy, dribbling control, and ball mastery, which are fundamental building blocks for later football success. For this age group, the focus is on fun, repetitive skill reinforcement and confidence with the ball—players are encouraged to interact with the ball as much as possible, building muscle memory and technical comfort under minimal pressure.

"Ages 13–17: Skill Refinement, Situational Play, & Mental Growth"- approach pivots toward transitioning foundational technique into game-relevant skills while introducing more structured challenges. Training programs (like dedicated first-touch and passing courses) progressively increase in difficulty and complexity, pushing players to handle tighter spaces, faster decisions, and varied game scenarios. Also, mindset work, where players begin to address psychological aspects of development—building a growth mindset, resilience under pressure, and confidence—through seminars and tailored coaching content for ages 12+. Training for teens typically includes:

Advanced ball mastery with tempo and pressure

1v1 attacking and defending techniques

Position-specific skills (defenders, midfielders, attackers)

Cognitive awareness and decision-making drills

Physical conditioning geared toward athletic development (agility, strength, coordination)

Here, players start combining individual excellence with game realism—Y-shaped thinking, recognizing when to turn, pass, or take on defenders, and using their technique dynamically in match-like contexts.

"Ages 18+: Professional Preparation & Technical Precision"- philosophy becomes highly individualised, precise, and outcome-oriented. His professional training sessions focus on refining elite-level technical details such as weight of pass/shooting, spatial awareness, positional intelligence, and physical performance tailored to each player’s goals. At this stage the emphasis is on:

Maximising efficiency in technical execution under competitive pressure

High-level physical conditioning to meet match demands

Tactical awareness and anticipation

Mental resilience and consistency in performance

Players are expected to have strong technical foundations already; training becomes about optimization rather than basic learning, including detailed video analysis, bespoke drills, and professional mindset strategies to prepare for high‐stakes competition.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I put your players' development before the money. “Technique above everything”. I do package offers and workarounds around funding to make the service as affordable as possible. I care about any player's desires and love to develop. I'm transparent and have no favorites. Want to provide a world-class player development philosophy that is affordable and accessible to any player with a desire and passion to improve. Should not be pay-to-play; hate seeing prices put on a player's window to improve. I will run a baseline session of your choice. This can be private at an agreed location, home backyard, if travel is difficult, but I will run a baseline free session first and see where your child is at level-wise, for experienced players this can be club, high school, college or pro send any film you have and i can assess where you can improve based on goals and current playing level and situation and can offer upon request a free basline training and see if a long term partnership in personal training is the best.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
