Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Vincent Marino- Showed me what it takes to be a Quarterback at an Elite level. Has taught me what to do and what no to do depending on the situation of the game. Pure knowledge of the game itself.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Im a young aspiring coach that brings the energy. My goal is to maximize the athletes ability beyond what they think their capable of. I will push them to their absolute limit. Football is also a very intellectual sport, film breakdown will be used to teach different concepts and drills. Video feedback is a great tool for athletes to understand what their doing during drills/practice. I give coaching my 110% and am very engaging with the athletes.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I started coaching at the High School level. Working with athletes in the summer for their upcoming preparation. I then transitioned to the collegiate level where I was the Quarterbacks Coach for Nichols College.
How can you help someone improve their game?
Understanding their goals/wants first. Evaluating their physical attributes on the field and then the knowledge of the game in a classroom setting. Film is a great tool for the athletes to see what their doing right/wrong.
What does a typical training session look like?
Depending on the practice, I will either start with film or a dynamic warmup. Individual drills will be setup and then situational drills followed after that. The important factor is to help the athlete feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Once game time comes around, all this preparation in the offseason will gain them confidence
