Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I’ve ever had was my dad. He introduced me to track and fostered my love for the sport. His guidance taught me discipline, resilience, and how to strive for excellence both on and off the track.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am 100 percent committed to helping athletes build confidence, set goals, and improve their performance. I value in strong communication, a positive environment, and tailoring my approach to fit each athlete’s unique needs.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I have experience mentoring youth in various summer programs. I emphasize developing strong foundations, good habits, and mental focus.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I focus on refining technique, building speed and endurance, and improving race strategy. I also incorporate mental preparation, teaching athletes to perform confidently under pressure.
What does a typical training session look like?
Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up and technique drills tailored to the athlete’s needs. We work on specific goals, whether improving speed, strength, or form, depending on each athlete. The session ends with a cooldown, stretch, and feedback to track progress, talk about goals, and plan for the next session.
