Helping baseball players improve their skills, confidence, and game IQ.
I’m a passionate baseball coach and former player with experience in travel baseball, varsity leadership, and competitive tournaments. As an All-Shoreline player, senior-year captain, and Perfect Game All-Tournament selection, I use my experience to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop the mindset and work ethic needed to succeed on and off the field.
I can help you improve your game by focusing on the fundamentals, building confidence, and developing the skills needed to compete at a higher level. Whether you want to become a better hitter, improve your fielding, develop more consistent throwing mechanics, or increase your overall baseball IQ, each session will be designed around your individual needs and goals. My approach focuses on repetition, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. I will challenge you to push beyond your comfort zone while making sure you understand the purpose behind each drill and how it translates to game situations. My goal is to help you become a more confident, well-rounded player who is prepared to succeed on and off the field.
Pitching
Pitching sessions focus on developing proper mechanics, improving command, and building consistency on the mound. We will work on throwing mechanics, balance, accuracy, and pitch location while emphasizing the importance of getting ahead in the count and attacking hitters. Each session will be adjusted to the player's experience level and individual goals.
Hitting
Hitting sessions focus on improving swing mechanics, bat speed, timing, and plate discipline. We will work on tee drills, front toss, and live hitting to build consistency and confidence at the plate. I emphasize being aggressive on good pitches, understanding the strike zone, and developing an approach that translates into game situations.
Fielding
Fielding sessions focus on improving footwork, glove work, throwing accuracy, and overall defensive fundamentals. We will work on ground balls, fly balls, proper positioning, and making quick, confident decisions in the field. My goal is to help players become more reliable defenders who understand the game and can make plays under pressure.
My baseball background includes being named All-Shoreline and serving as team captain during my senior year of high school. I have also earned All-Tournament honors at multiple Perfect Game tournaments. Along with my playing experience, I have experience coaching travel baseball and helping players develop their skills, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. My experience as both a player and coach has taught me the importance of hard work, leadership, communication, and strong fundamentals. I use these experiences to help players improve their game, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
The best coach I ever had was my dad. He taught me more than just the fundamentals of baseball; he taught me the importance of hard work, discipline, and earning everything through dedication. He pushed me to become a better player while also teaching me valuable life lessons about leadership, teamwork, and handling adversity. He showed me that being a good coach means holding players accountable, communicating effectively, and genuinely caring about their development. His influence has shaped my own coaching philosophy, and I try to bring those same values to every player I work with.
I believe that communication, hard work, and trust are the foundation of a successful player-coach relationship. I want athletes and parents to know that I am committed to helping every player improve, regardless of their current skill level or experience. I hold players accountable and encourage them to work hard, stay disciplined, and take pride in their development. At the same time, I understand that every player learns differently and that building confidence is just as important as improving physical skills. I value open communication with parents and want them to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing their child's progress. My goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where players feel supported, challenged, and motivated to become the best versions of themselves both on and off the field.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
