About Me:

I’m an athletic specialist dedicated to unlocking your peak performance through a powerful blend of strength training, aquatic efficiency, and explosive mechanics. With a unique coaching portfolio that spans personal training, swim coaching, and youth high jump instruction, I specialize in bridging the gap between land, water, and air.

My approach combines tailored functional strength programs with specialized technique coaching. I help adults, triathletes, and youth athletes build raw power, prevent injuries, and move with ultimate efficiency. Whether I'm training you to crush your personal fitness goals, shave minutes off your pool time, or clear the high jump bar with confidence, my mission is to deliver the comprehensive conditioning you need for lifelong athletic success.

How I can help you improve your game:

How I Improve Your Game

On Land: As your personal trainer, I build the core stability, mobility, and explosive power needed to crush your fitness goals and prevent injuries.

In the Water: As your swim coach, I analyze your mechanics to turn exhausting laps into efficient, effortless speed—perfect for fitness swimmers and triathletes.

In the Air: As a youth high jump specialist, I teach young athletes the precise, explosive mechanics needed to clear the bar safely and confidently.

Whether you want to build total-body strength, shave minutes off your swim time, or help your child master track-and-field mechanics, I provide the integrated conditioning you need to reach the next level.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Phase 1: Mobilize & Activate (10 Mins)

We never just jump into heavy lifting, hard swimming, or high jumping. We begin with dynamic mobility work specific to your sport. If we are heading into the pool, we unlock your shoulders and thoracic spine. If we are hitting the track or gym, we fire up your central nervous system, glutes, and core to ensure your body is primed to move safely.

Phase 2: The Core Focus—Strength & Mechanics (15-25Mins)

This is the main event where we build your engine.

In the Gym: We focus on functional, multi-joint movements that build raw power and bulletproof your joints against injury.

In the Pool: We break down your stroke drill-by-drill, using real-time feedback to maximize your water efficiency.

On the Track: We work on explosive approach runs, vertical drive, and mastering the technical phases of the high jump bar.

Phase 3: Real-Time Integration & Recovery (5Mins)

We close out by connecting the dots. We finish with targeted active recovery or structural stretching to kickstart your muscle repair and ensure you walk away feeling energized, accomplished, and ready for your next session.

Best coach I ever had:

What athletes and parents should know about me:

When athletes and parents partner with me at Rolling Stumps Endurance, they are getting a coach who values safety, sustainable growth, and real relationships over quick, aggressive fixes.

Here is exactly what you should know about my coaching philosophy and what it's like to work with me:

1. I Build the "Whole Athlete"—Not Just a Fast One

Whether I am working with an adult training for an Ironman or a parent's child learning the high jump, my primary goal is to build skills, stamina, and long-term resilience. I don’t believe in pushing athletes to the breaking point just to see rapid, short-term results. Instead, we focus on building a deep enjoyment of the sport and the foundational strength needed to succeed year after year.

2. My Approach is "Athlete-Centric," Not Cookie-Cutter

As a mother of two and an active endurance athlete, I deeply understand the struggle of balancing heavy professional and personal responsibilities with demanding sports goals.

No Dictatorships: I treat coaching as a collaborative, two-way street. I am your guide, not a drill sergeant.

Customized to You: What works for one person won’t work for another. I tailor every single plan to the athlete’s exact starting point, lifestyle, and unique body mechanics. I always tell my athletes: “Don’t compare yourself to your peers—compare yourself to yesterday's you.”

3. Injury Prevention & Technique Are Non-Negotiable

Most injuries happen when athletes try to add speed or power on top of flawed movement patterns. Whether we are practicing the "Fosbury Flop" over the high jump bar, fixing a swim stroke with video analysis, or running on the trails, I have an intense attention to detail. Using my background in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement (NASM-PES/XPS), I ensure we fix the mechanics first so athletes stay strong, healthy, and injury-free.

4. Fear-Facing & Confidence Building

Whether you are a beginner adult absolutely terrified of open-water swimming or a youth athlete nervous about clearing a higher bar, I am right there with you. I don't just stand on the sidelines shouting orders—I actively get in the water or down on the track with you to help you face your fears, adjust your expectations, and build unwavering self-confidence.

The Bottom Line: When you train with me, you are getting an organized, compassionate, and highly attentive support system. We train smart, we focus heavily on technique, and we build an engine that lasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.

AU was created by former college and pro athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process + background check, so you can trust you're training with the best.
