All-Region Pro Football Player | DL, EDGE & LB Skills Coach

I’m a professional arena football player and former NCAA defensive end with 133 career tackles, 31 tackles for loss, and 19 sacks. I earned 2× First Team All-Conference honors, D3football.com Second Team All-Region, and Hansen Ratings Second Team All-Region recognition. In my final college season, I ranked Top 25 nationally in Division III with 9 sacks, while adding 17 TFLs and 3 forced fumbles. I specialize in developing DL, EDGE, and LB athletes through pass-rush technique, hand usage, footwork, explosiveness, block destruction, and football IQ. My goal is to help each athlete become a more confident, technically sound, and dominant football player.

About me

Football has been a major part of my life, from competing at the NCAA Division III level to continuing my career in professional arena football. Through my playing career, I’ve learned what it takes to develop physically, mentally, and technically as a defensive player. I now want to pass that knowledge on to younger athletes and help them become more confident, disciplined, and complete football players.

I specialize in developing defensive linemen, EDGE rushers, and linebackers. We can work on pass-rush technique, hand usage, get-off, block destruction, tackling fundamentals, footwork, change of direction, explosiveness, and position-specific conditioning. I also teach athletes the “why” behind techniques so they develop their football IQ and learn how to apply what we practice in real game situations.

Every workout is built around the athlete’s position, experience level, strengths, and areas that need improvement. We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up and movement work before progressing into position-specific drills. Sessions can include stance and starts, footwork, hand fighting, pass-rush moves and counters, block destruction, reaction drills, tackling technique, agility, explosiveness, and conditioning. My goal is quality repetitions with coaching and corrections throughout the entire session—not just running athletes through drills.

I played NCAA Division III football as a defensive end, finishing my college career with 133 tackles, 31 tackles for loss, and 19 sacks. I was a 2× First Team All-Conference selection, D3football.com Second Team All-Region selection, and Hansen Ratings Second Team All-Region selection. During my final collegiate season, I recorded 9 sacks, 17 tackles for loss, and 3 forced fumbles, finishing among the Top 25 nationally in Division III in sacks. After college, I continued my playing career at the professional arena football level, gaining additional experience playing multiple defensive roles.

The best coaches I’ve had were the ones who held me accountable while also taking the time to explain why we were doing something. They pushed me beyond what I thought I could do, paid attention to the small details, and built relationships with their players. That shaped my own coaching philosophy: challenge athletes, teach them the details, build their confidence, and hold them to a high standard.

I understand that every athlete develops at a different pace, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to training. I’m patient, competitive, and detail-oriented, and I’ll challenge athletes while making sure they understand what they’re learning and why. My goal is to create a positive environment where athletes can make mistakes, learn, build confidence, and improve. Parents can expect communication, professionalism, and training that is tailored to their athlete’s individual goals. Most importantly, I want every athlete I work with to leave each session better than when they arrived.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
