With over 5 years of experience as a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA, I have worked in Division 1 and high school athletics, including roles at the United States Air Force Academy and top Colorado high schools. I specialize in developing high-performance athletes through science-based strength and conditioning. I’ve led specific programs for over 15 different sports, and currently serve as Director of Strength & Conditioning at Palmer Ridge High School. My mission is to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes—on and off the field.

I grew up with a passion for football and continued my playing career at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where my love for athletics and performance training truly took root. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping athletes reach their full potential—whether at the collegiate level, high school, or in private performance settings.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on the golf course or spending time with my wife and two sons.

Each session is designed with purpose and progression in mind. We start with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility and gradually elevate heart rate to prepare the body for performance. From there, we move into speed and power development—training explosive movements that translate directly to sport. The core of the session is dedicated to strength work, followed by targeted accessory exercises to address individual needs and imbalances. We finish with a cooldown that includes mobility work and corrective strategies to improve movement quality and address any deficits.
While the structure remains consistent, programming is tailored to your sport and season—whether you're in the off-season, pre-season, or in-season—to ensure optimal performance and recovery.
I bring a lifelong passion for athletics and over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning. As a former NCAA football player at Nebraska Wesleyan University and an All-Conference high school athlete, I understand firsthand what it takes to compete at a high level. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and have coached athletes across multiple sports, including football, basketball, and wrestling, at both the high school and collegiate levels. My programs have consistently produced low injury rates and measurable performance improvements. I’ve helped numerous athletes earn collegiate scholarships and take their game to the next level.
My best coach and still current mentor has been Coach Buck Blackwood at the United States Air Force Academy. He has helped shape me into the coach I am today.
I’m an intent-driven coach who believes in purposeful training and measurable results. Every session is built with a clear plan, backed by data, and tailored to the athlete’s goals, sport, and season. I prioritize safety, long-term development, and performance, with a strong track record of low injury rates and consistent progress. Communication and collaboration with parents and coaches are key to my approach—I want everyone involved to understand the “why” behind the work we do. My goal is to build not just better athletes, but more confident, disciplined, and resilient young people.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
