I’m an easy-going lacrosse player looking to grow my coaching and mentoring career. I provide personalized lacrosse sessions for athletes of all levels, helping them improve skills, boost game IQ, and develop the right attitude that carries over both on and off the field. I’m Coach Trevor, originally from Yardley, Pennsylvania. Although lacrosse is my passion, I grew up as a multi-sport athlete—playing baseball, soccer, ice hockey, basketball, and tennis. I attended Princeton Day School for middle and high school, where I competed in soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse, and served as captain of both the Varsity Soccer and Varsity Lacrosse programs my senior year.
This past May, I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder after playing four years of Varsity Club Lacrosse. During my time in Boulder, I earned All-Conference and All-American honors three times as a defensive player. As a senior captain, I found tremendous fulfillment in mentoring and leading a committed group of young men, helping foster a culture built on accountability, effort, and team-first values.
I believe the lessons learned in sports help shape each athlete not only as a competitor but as a person. Through mentoring and coaching, I aim to offer a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed both on and off the field.
I have a deep understanding of lacrosse at all levels. I can help players improve their stick skills, positional awareness, footwork, and game IQ. I also focus on developing smart decision-making, effective communication, and the confidence needed to compete at a higher level and understand the game within the game. Whether an athlete is working on fundamentals or refining advanced techniques, I break down skills in a clear, simple way that makes them easy to apply in real game situations. My goal is to help athletes feel prepared and confident every time they step on the field.
Each session is tailored to the individual player and focused on the specific skills they need most. Depending on the athlete’s age, position, and experience level, sessions often include footwork, stick work, passing, shooting, and positional drills designed to build both confidence and consistency. I also emphasize game IQ, helping players understand spacing, timing, and decision-making in real game situations.
I’m a strong believer in using film as a teaching tool, and I may assign athletes clips to watch before a session. Studying professionals and analyzing game footage helps players visualize concepts, recognize patterns, and understand how skills translate to live play. Film gives athletes a clearer perspective on the game and accelerates their development.
Over the past 10 years, I have not only developed as a player, but also as a coach. In high school, I worked with players aged 8–12 at the Trenton Lacrosse Club who were just starting in the sport. I also coached some JV games at Princeton Day School and worked with 3rd graders at Boulder Valley Lacrosse, helping young athletes build fundamental skills and a love for the game.
With this coaching journey, I strive to grow with each session and bring out the best in my athletes.
My college lacrosse coach is the best coach I’ve ever had because he understood me as an individual, not just another player on the roster. He recognized how I played the game and what brought out the best in me. His first season with the program was my freshman year, and over the next two seasons, we built a strong, trusting relationship. He knew my potential and consistently pushed me to reach it. Whenever I drifted away from my strengths, he reminded me to focus on what I do well.
As a senior captain, he held me to a high standard because he knew my teammates looked to me for leadership. He pushed me to stay accountable and to set the tone for the rest of the team. Our relationship is serious when it needs to be, but more often than not, it’s relaxed, positive, and full of moments where we can share a laugh. What makes him a truly great coach is his balance: he is serious and demanding when it matters, yet still able to keep the game fun and connect with his players on a human level. This is the type of coach I aspire to be.
Athletes and parents should know that I love sports because they shaped me into the person I am today. While they are fun to play, they have also taught me valuable lessons about friendship, teamwork, attitude, and work ethic. My goal is to share my perspective and passion for sports to help develop not only great athletes but also great people.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
