Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my first master in Tang So Do, Master Rhee! He was the best because he saw people's inner strength and showed them how to tap into that strength and claim it. He never judged a book by its cover. He told me true strength is seen with the spirit, not the eyes.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I value knowledge! I use scientific research to help my clients achieve their respective goals. I have compassion and empathy for my clients. I know how hard to push without being overwhelming.

I've been a professional martial arts instructor and sports conditioning specialist for 16 years. I have extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I take great pride in seeing my clients reach and exceed their own expectations and tap into their maximum potential.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I design training programs that are personally tailored to the individual. I analyze their strengths and weaknesses and design a training program that enhances that athlete's complete system.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session varies from person to person. But if I had to give a general sense, we start with a warmup. Then work on their strengths to connect them with their confidence and prepare them mentally. Lastly, we address their weaknesses and closely monitor the progress of development. Towards the end of the session we work on flexibility and other elements that are important for optimal fitness.
