Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Coach Pope (FAMU) he was a stern coach who knew exactly how to get his point across with the message being key to the work put in. Coach Pope never missed a beat and continued to keep us on our toes as athletes mentally and physically. He never had the same drill dialed up always a learner of his craft to make his students as best as possible. This help build early foundations for a lot of the players coming into a rebuilding program.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and parents should know that this is not guaranteed and when we take the field or court we come in to work, we are dialed in and ready to give 110% of our time and effort. Not only will the athlete leave with a physical gain, but as well as mental toughness throughout continuing to challenge yourself into being the best version of you.

How can you help someone improve their game?
I am here to be a catalyst into the realm of the next level. Show athletes the work it takes at each different level to pursue what you want. I am striving for college-level work with my athletes from the drills we do, the pace we work at, as well as the mentality we set from the beginning. When training we are looking to get better everyday so as long as their is one new learned skill by the end, then we have accomplished our goal. From that we will maintain those building blocks to create a strong foundation.
What does a typical training session look like?
Each training session is as follows: warm-up specific to the sport, the workout, "decel" or cooldown sport specific
Each workout always building off the last one with skills learned, drills mastered, and building conditioning
