I am a soccer coach licensed by U.S. Soccer in 7v7 and 9v9. I also have academic training in FC Barcelona’s methodology through the Barça Coach Academy (Barca Innovation Hub), both as a coach and as a sports psychologist, to strengthen my understanding as a coach and support the complex work of developing young athletes in group settings.
Over the past six years, I trained and worked in Argentina, and I am now ready to share my experience while continuing to learn and grow in the United States within this beautiful sport. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
In recent years, I worked closely with a club in Argentina, supporting young athletes through emotional intelligence development and mental skills training.
I don’t coach kids to become machines. I coach them to become confident, curious, and connected human beings through the game of soccer.
My goal is to help young players improve their skills while truly enjoying the sport—learning through play, movement, and example. Soccer is a powerful teacher when it’s done right. Through the game, athletes learn discipline, teamwork, communication, and how to manage emotions in both success and failure.
I focus not only on technical development, but also on social and emotional skills: learning how to communicate on and off the field, build confidence, respect others, and take responsibility for their growth. Most importantly, I want kids to experience life through their own actions—running, playing, making mistakes, and learning—rather than watching it from a screen.
When children enjoy the game, feel supported, and are guided with intention, improvement follows naturally. My philosophy is simple: play, learn, play—and grow along the way.
My training sessions are intentionally planned and thoughtfully connected. I work in microcycles and mesocycles so players develop the game from the ground up, with each session building on the previous one. This structure creates progression and purpose—but it never takes away creativity or joy.
While sessions are well organized, they are not rigid. I invite athletes to share ideas, suggest exercises, and think through plays together. This helps them understand soccer beyond just scoring goals—it teaches them to see the teamwork, movement, and decision-making that happen before a goal is ever scored.
Training is dynamic, challenging, and engaging. I push athletes physically and mentally in age-appropriate ways, always keeping player safety first. The goal is to help them grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient—on and off the field.
One practice I’ve carried with me from my years working in Argentina is something I value deeply. At the start of each session, we take a short moment for breathing and visualization. Players reflect on how they want to feel during training, how they want to respond to frustration or unfair moments in the game, and how they choose to treat their teammates after mistakes. This simple routine builds self-awareness, emotional control, and respect—skills that matter far beyond soccer.
My sessions are designed so athletes don’t just play the game—they learn it, feel it, and grow through it.
Over the past six years, I have built my career in soccer by learning the game from the sidelines first—understanding that strong coaching starts with observation, humility, and experience. I began my journey in Argentina as an assistant coach with Argentinos Juniors, where I gained firsthand experience working in a structured, competitive environment and supporting player development from within the coaching staff. I later continued my development as an assistant coach with Vélez Sarsfield, further deepening my understanding of training methodology, team dynamics, and the demands of competitive football. During the last two years, I was also involved with a non-profit organization focused on supporting coaches who worked with young athletes displaying aggressive or challenging behaviors on and off the field. Through this work, I saw clearly how emotional intelligence, when taught early and intentionally, can completely transform not only athletic performance, but also personal growth, behavior, and confidence. That experience shaped my coaching philosophy deeply. I learned that when young athletes are taught how to understand their emotions, communicate effectively, and respond to adversity, they are capable of reaching an incredible level—both as players and as people. In summary, I bring six years of hands-on experience within the world of soccer, working across competitive clubs and developmental environments. I am now ready to take the next step: leading a team with intention, responsibility, and a strong focus on holistic player development.
The best coach I ever had was my handball coach, Murillo, when I was nine years old. I still remember the positive impact he had on me—not because of wins or trophies, but because of how he made me feel as a young athlete.
He allowed us to play, to learn, to make mistakes, and to grow. Through his example, he taught me lessons that went far beyond sport—about confidence, respect, teamwork, and believing in myself. Even today, his influence stays with me.
That experience is one of the main reasons I chose this path. I want to be that kind of coach for today’s kids. The one who lets them play, guides them as they learn, and helps them grow not only as soccer players, but as human beings. If, years from now, they look back and remember me as the coach who helped them enjoy the game and learn about life through sport, then I’ll know I did my job right.
If you’re looking for a coach whose only focus is winning at all costs, I want to be honest from the start—I’m probably not the right fit. That doesn’t mean I don’t value competition or effort. Soccer is about scoring goals, competing, and giving your best physically and technically on the field.
However, when it comes to young athletes, my philosophy goes beyond the scoreboard. There will be plenty of time later to experience the pressure and stress of elite competition. At this stage, my priority is helping players truly understand the game, build confidence, develop emotional control, and find the courage to face any situation the sport brings.
As I’ve shared, my philosophy is simple and consistent: play, learn, play. These are the pillars that guide my coaching. I bring my values as a human being onto the field—respect, responsibility, communication, and joy in the process.
At the end of the day, sport is not a child’s only identity. When young athletes are allowed to enjoy the game, feel supported, and grow through their experiences, they naturally become more confident, competitive, and resilient. If having fun, learning, and developing as people leads them to perform better and win along the way, then I know I’ve done my job as a coach.
