Athletic Background

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I was the starting pitching of my high-school team my senior and junior year although junior was covid year. Right after high-school I went to Puerto Rico and played to summers semi pro in the PRIBL baseball league as a starting pitcher. For football I play 2 years as a starting left tackle and nose guard on varsity my freshman and sophomore year. Play a little backup quarterback for JV. I couldn’t throw much do to baseball so was just in case but I know the game well.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my high school coach Mark McCoy. He inspired me and pulled a different side out of my by motivating me to become the best version of myself. It wasn’t always the nicest or easiest to hear and partake in but it needed to be done and was a crucial step and I am forever grateful.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athlete and parents should know I am always available and ready to work in any regard. But most importantly is the effort and how serious is the athlete. Dedication is important the most important. You never have to be the best just willing to work the hardest.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I have been coach baseball on private lesson, travel teams, and other local teams since I was a sophomore in high school. I have been coach since then about 6 years ago so I know a good amount and through my years of playing and my two season in Puerto Rico gave me a lot of info.
How can you help someone improve their game?
By giving them the tips and knowledge they need to know to better themselves. While I train and do drills I emphasize on the fact of understanding your body and where it is at all times to be able to help yourself in the game. Game time you are alone and need to save yourself and not rely on others so know how to fix a mistake and see one.
What does a typical training session look like?
Typical training session depending on sport varies from position and need but normally and hour or a little longer with a heave focus on drills and improvement and a time window in the end for workouts and cardio
