I help athletes improve their game through a unique and personalized training approach that combines intense workouts with hands-on, interactive coaching. My sessions focus on skill development, conditioning, and basketball IQ, tailored to each player’s specific needs.
What sets my training apart is that I don’t just coach from the sidelines—I step onto the court and play one-on-one with my players. This not only adds an element of fun to the sessions but also allows me to closely analyze their strengths and areas for improvement in real time. By challenging them directly, I can push their limits while providing immediate feedback, helping them refine their game and build confidence. My ultimate goal is to create well-rounded players who are prepared to excel on the court and beyond.
First We start with a series of stretches and mobility exercises to loosen up muscles, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries. This is followed by a quick warm-up to elevate the heart rate and prepare the body for an intense session.
Then the core of the session includes drills focused on shooting, ball handling, passing, and footwork. These are designed to improve fundamentals while challenging players to push their limits also I incorporate conditioning exercises to build endurance, agility, and strength, ensuring players can perform at their best during games.
Afterwards We finish with a competitive one-on-one matchup. Although this is a fun part of the session This is not just for fun—playing against me allows me to analyze their game in real-time, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide immediate feedback.
The session ends with stretching and a brief discussion on what went well and areas for improvement, ensuring players leave motivated and with clear steps for growth.
This balanced approach ensures players develop both their physical skills and mental toughness, preparing them to excel in any game situation.
I bring a diverse coaching background that spans multiple age groups and skill levels. I began coaching in a developmental program, working with children as young as three to introduce them to basketball fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. I also served as an assistant coach for my high school’s summer tournaments, helping guide players through competitive games and fostering their growth on and off the court. Additionally, I run a private coaching business, where I work with elementary, middle, and high school athletes, tailoring training to their individual needs. My focus is on helping players elevate their skills, develop their basketball IQ, and prepare for the college game, ensuring they are ready to succeed at the next level.

Athletes and parents should know that my passion for basketball runs deep, not just as a sport, but as a tool for personal growth and resilience. During my playing career, I faced the challenges of Osgood-Schlatter disease, which ultimately cut my time as a player short. However, I refused to let it define or stop me. Instead, I pushed through the adversity, and that journey ignited my passion for coaching.
This experience gave me a unique perspective on the game and its power to build character. I now focus on helping athletes grow both on and off the court, teaching them how to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and become not just better players, but stronger individuals. My coaching is rooted in my own journey, and I am committed to sharing the life lessons that sports can offer.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
