Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Best coach I ever had was my high school coach. He taught me how to swim, and gave me the opportunity to compete at a high level. He showed me goal setting, visualization, hard work, and discipline. Still best friedns today.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
You should know that I give my full attention to an athlete that is willing to get better and work hard towards a goal. I’ll show that athlete the right drill, form, and workouts to give that athlete to the next level

Working on drills, form, breathing, stroke count, kicking cadence, and designed swim workouts such as sprinting, mid distance, or long distance workouts.
What does a typical training session look like?
Warmup (includes drills), kick set or pull set, main set (consist of sprint, mid, or long distance), breathing set, and cool down
