Former D1 Athlete passionate about empowering athletes on and off the field
As a young coach who has competed at a high collegiate level, I’m able to connect with today’s athletes in a way that is real, relatable, and easy to understand. I know what it feels like to chase a dream, face pressure, deal with setbacks, and try to figure out what it takes to get to the next level. My goal is to use the knowledge, wisdom, and experience I’ve gained through playing and coaching to help athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and develop the mindset needed to succeed. I’m passionate about uplifting young athletes and giving them the tools, guidance, and support I wish I had before going D1. When you train with me, you’re getting more than instruction — you’re getting a coach who truly cares about your growth on and off the field.
From a mental performance standpoint, I understand that success in sports is not just physical — athletes also need the tools to handle pressure, stay confident, bounce back from mistakes, strengthen their mindset, visualize success, improve focus, and compete with confidence.
From a baseball standpoint, I help athletes improve in key areas such as hitting mechanics, pitching mechanics, throwing velocity, base running, fielding, and overall game IQ.
Each session is tailored specifically to the athlete’s individual needs, goals, and development level to help them reach their full potential.
Mental Performance
Every session begins with a self check-in assessment to build self-awareness, clarity, and focus. From there, we move into a breathing exercise that serves as our anchor, helping athletes feel grounded, present, and prepared. This mental warm-up sets the tone before we dive into mindset coaching, where athletes are introduced to tools, perspective shifts, and practical strategies they can apply both in their sport and in everyday life.
Baseball Development
Every baseball session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for movement and performance. From there, athletes move into fundamental skill-building drills such as tee work, hand-eye coordination, footwork, throwing progressions, and position-specific mechanics. After building the foundation, we transition into focused baseball development based on the athlete’s goals, including hitting, fielding, pitching, base running, and overall game performance.

The best coach I ever had was my high school coach, Coach Perez, at Gahr High School. He impacted me far beyond the game of baseball by instilling values, morals, and life lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
He taught me the importance of showing up on time, presenting myself
the right way, working hard, and taking pride in my character. He emphasized the value of perseverance, body language, poise, and learning how to handle pressure in difficult situations. He also taught me how to respond when things are not going my way and how to remain composed, focused, and accountable.
Most importantly, Coach Perez taught me the importance of being a good person both on and off the field. He helped me understand that my actions matter and that the choices I make can affect not only my present, but also my future. His coaching shaped the way I approach the game, leadership, and life.
I am passionate about uplifting, empowering, and developing athletes both on and off the field. I genuinely care about helping each athlete grow in confidence, discipline, skill, and character. I bring positive energy, patience, honesty, and a willingness to meet athletes where they are while pushing them toward the best version of themselves.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
