Throughout my collegiate softball career, I made significant contributions both on and off the field. As a team captain, I led by example and guided my teammates to success. I ranked 3rd in the GNAC conference for RBIs, 4th for triples, 5th for slugging percentage, and 9th for home runs. These achievements highlight my strong performance and leadership during my time as a player.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my high school coach, Coach Douglas. He was an exceptional person who had a profound impact on my life. Coach Douglas took the time to understand me not just as a player, but as an individual. His ability to connect with me on a personal level and his dedication to helping me grow both on and off the field truly made a difference. His support and guidance helped shape my perspective on life and my approach to the game, making him the most influential coach I’ve ever had.

Athletes and parents should know that I strive to be the mentor and support system I wished I had growing up. I genuinely care about both the sport and my clients, and I approach coaching with a deep commitment to helping each player succeed. For me, softball is more than just a game—it’s a way of life. How can you help someone improve their game?
To help improve someone's game, I emphasize the importance of strength training and mobility. I believe in utilizing slow, powerful, repetitive movements to build muscle memory, which is crucial in any sport. By incorporating these key techniques, athletes can enhance their performance and take their game to the next level. Regular strength and mobility exercises will not only improve overall fitness but also increase stability and reduce the risk of injury.
What does a typical training session look like?
A regular training session with me begins with stretching and a warm-up to prepare your body. We then focus on conditioning and strength training. Depending on your specific goals, some sessions may emphasize technique to refine your skills further. This tailored approach ensures comprehensive development and progress in your game.
