I competed in gymnastics for 19 years, including as an all-around athlete at Centenary College of Louisiana, where I studied Psychology and Business. Throughout my athletic career, I developed a deep love for the sport, but I also experienced the pressure of being hard on myself—something many athletes can relate to. That journey sparked my passion for sport psychology and a desire to better understand the mental side of performance.
After college, I earned my Master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. During that time, I worked with the women’s field hockey team at Mount Holyoke College and Thompson Gymnastics Center as a sport performance consultant, while also coaching collegiate gymnastics at Springfield College. After earning my degree, I became a Sport Psychology Consultant for Centenary College of Louisiana.
Through my experiences as both an athlete and coach, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the connection between mindset and performance can be. I’ve experienced both success and failure, and I’m passionate about helping athletes build confidence, overcome mental blocks, and become the best versions of themselves through sport.
I help athletes bridge the gap between how they practice and how they perform. By developing mental skills like confidence, focus, and emotional control, I equip athletes with tools to overcome mental blocks, manage pressure, and stay consistent in competition. My approach combines proven sport psychology strategies with real athletic experience to help athletes perform with confidence and clarity.
Check-In (5–10 min): We start by discussing how you’ve been feeling mentally and emotionally in your sport, noting any challenges, successes, or stressors since our last session.
Goal Setting (5–10 min): We identify short-term and long-term mental performance goals for practice or competition, tailored to your sport and personal needs.
Skill Development (20–30 min): I guide you through strategies like visualization, self-talk, focus drills, pre-performance routines, and stress management techniques. These are applied to real-life scenarios from your training or competition.
Application & Reflection (5–10 min): We review how these strategies could be used immediately in your training or competition and discuss adjustments. I provide actionable takeaways for your next session or practice.
Homework/Practice: You leave with exercises, mental drills, or journaling prompts to reinforce the skills we worked on.

My club gymnastics coach- Mandy! She was intense, passionate, and completely dedicated to the sport. She encouraged us to be ourselves, find our strengths, and grow in the ways that worked best for us. Her guidance and belief in her athletes made all the difference.
I’m fully committed to every athlete I work with mentally, physically, and emotionally. I bring dedication, energy, and a belief in never giving up. Together, we’ll work through challenges, build confidence, and maximize performance while keeping the experience positive and growth focused.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.
Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.
Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
