I am a former athlete who knows firsthand what it feels like to have the physical ability but struggle with the mental side of competition. That experience is what drove me to become a mental health performance coach. I work with athletes at every level - from beginners finding their confidence to seasoned competitors pushing through plateaus. I want to build this coaching practice because I wish someone had done this for me, and now I get to be that person for others.
The difference between an athlete who performs and one who dominates is rarely physical - it's mental. I help you identify the thoughts, habits, and beliefs that are quietly holding you back and replace them with a mindset built for pressure. Whether you're battling self-doubt, struggling with consistency, dealing with nerves before big moments, or just feeling stuck, I will give you the tools to get out of your own way and start performing like you know what you are capable of.
Sessions will take place virtually via phone or video call, so you can connect from anywhere - no commute, no hassle, just focused on you and your mindset. Each session is a conversation with a purpose. We will dig into whats been showing up for you mentally, work through real situations that you are facing, and build practical strategies you can take straight into your next practice or competition. No fluff, no generic advice - just honest, targeted coaching tailored to you and your sport.
My journey started as a competitive gymnast where I learned - sometimes the hard way - how much the mental game shapes the outcome. I became a springboard diver due to injury in gymnastics, with college athletics always on my mind I knew diving was the best route for me. That lived experience became the foundation of everything I do as a coach today.I have had an athlete make it to the NCAA Zone Championship level in just 2 years of my athletic coaching. This is something that a lot of college divers strive for but this is more than talent and skill coaching, this is what drives you to be the athletes you dream of being; and you are already half way there.
The best coach that I have ever had was a coach that I had in gymnastics. She taught me everything that I know now and how to be a better person with a ton of discipline. Without her, I would not be half the coach I am today as I have taken a lot of notes from her and have implemented them into my own coaching. Motivation and self discipline are two different things that often get mixed together, knowing the difference is going to further your overall talent, tenfold.
I show up for my athletes the way I wish someone had shown up for me. I am direct, real, and I do not believe in one-size-sits all training style. In the beginning stages of our training sessions, I am going to be building rapport in order to give you the best advice and results I can. My role is to be a trusted, confidential space where athletes can be honest about what they are experiencing so we can work through it together. I am not just a performance coach, I am helping build young athletes who are mentally strong for life, not just sport.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
