About Me:

I’m a Mental Performance Coach with a B.S. in Applied Psychology and an M.S. in Sport & Performance Psychology, helping athletes and high performers performe with confidence and consistency. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked directly with athletes—from youth and Junior Olympians to Division I competitors—as well as elite military personnel and high-performing professionals. My focus is helping them handle pressure, stay resilient, and perform at their actual ability when it matters most. My goal is to ensure that my coaching is always practical, relatable, and something you can actually use in competition—not just talk about.

My coaching helps you build the confidence, focus, and emotional regulation needed to perform under pressure. Whether you struggle with nerves, inconsistency, motivation, or staying focused during competition, I’ll help you develop proven mental strategies that translate directly into better in-game performance. Together, we’ll turn pressure into power, reframe setbacks, and build routines that support peak performance when it matters most.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session is tailored to your goals, but typically includes:

- A quick check-in about recent performances, challenges, and wins.

- Focused coaching on a core mental skill (e.g., focus control, confidence building, pre-performance routines, stress management, motivation, recovery, etc.).

- Practical tools, reflection exercises, or scenario-based application to your sport.

- Action steps and mental reps to implement before our next session.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and results-driven—I meet you where you are and help you level up both your mindset and your performance.

I’m a Mental Performance Coach with over eight years of experience helping individuals and teams reach their potential. My work spans athletes at all levels, military personnel, and high-performing professionals, focusing on building focus, confidence, and resilience under pressure. Throughout my career, I’ve developed practical mental skills programs and coaching strategies that translate directly into improved performance, consistency, and results in both sports and professional settings. I now run my own coaching company, providing personalized mental performance services to help clients achieve their goals on and off the field.

My youth football coach was more than just a coach—he was a mentor who shaped how I approached sports and life. He helped me develop a lifelong love of the game while teaching the importance of balance: working hard without losing sight of the joy in playing.

A fiery competitor, he focused on the little details that make a difference, yet ensured practices were challenging and fun. Beyond the X’s and O’s, he genuinely cared about each player, investing in our growth and confidence. He showed me that a great coach teaches more than a game—they teach lessons that last a lifetime.

Athletes / Parents should know that I care about the whole athlete, not just performance. I take the time to understand each individual, their goals, and what motivates them, and I provide tools they can use both on and off the field. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and designed to help athletes develop resilience, consistency, and a love for the game that lasts long after practices and competitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
