-1,000 point score at Northwestern Lehigh High School 2009-2013. -Selected MVP of Colonial League 2013. -Walked on United States Naval Academy (Division 1/Patriot League) and played 2013-2016.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Assistant coach at the Naval Academy. She pushed us hard and had high expectations and we never doubted she had our backs. She talked that talk and walked that walk! She ran with us, played with us, and put herself in our shoes. She held us AND herself accountable.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I promise my passion for the game will come across in our training sessions - and you WILL get better!

How can you help someone improve their game?
First, by observing! Noticing weaknesses and narrowing in on them to find the root cause. Next, exercising those weaknesses with applicable drills and the correct form. Finally, real life game play (versus me :)) to put those weaknesses into game day mode and build upon them!
What does a typical training session look like?
5 min full body warm up 5 min conditioning/agilities 30 min of drills to exercise weaknesses. 15 min - 1 v 1 game play
