About Me:

Hello,

I’m Sarah, I just recently graduated from East Stroudsburg University with an exercise science degree. At said University, I played 3 1/2 years of D2 soccer. I also played at Mount St Mary’s for a semester before transferring where I competed at the D1 level. In my free time I love completing physical activities like running or snowboarding. I also love coaching and help out my old high school team during the summers. I also have had experience running ID clinics and camps. From competing at a high level and my degree, I can effectively help young athletes grow their skill level.

How I can help you improve your game:

As I mentioned, I have had many years of experience in my sport competing at a high level. With that experience, my degree in exercise science also has taught me how to properly access, coach, and exercise program for all individuals. From my years of experience and my degree, I feel I can effectively help grow young athletes in their technical and tactical game. Focusing on ball confidence and skills that can transfer over to a game setting.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session looks like for me is starting each session with technical work, moving into more athlete specific skills, and ending with shooting/finishing. I will also work with the athlete on any aspects that they need to work on. I plan for my sessions to attain to the athlete and working on their areas of needed improvement.

Career summary and accomplishments:

From my experience as an athlete, in high school I was a 2nd team all star my sophomore year and a 1st team all star my junior and senior year. My senior year of high school I was also team captain. In college, I was a scholar athlete and contributed minutes and to my team as a key midfielder. Playing all 4 years of college soccer.

The best coach I ever had was one of my very own personal coaches/private trainers. This coach had really helped me to achieve new levels of my game and skill. Working on my weaknesses and enhancing my strengths.

What all parents should know is that I am a very hard worker and am very passionate about helping young athletes grow. My schedule is very flexible but I am working a serving job as well. Im willing to work with your schedule and hoping you can also work with mine.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
