I am a Texas girl who ended up in the state of South Carolina chasing my dreams of being a Division 1 Beach Volleyball Collegiate Athlete. I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in 3 years, and worked hard to receive my Masters in Mental Performance Coaching while completing my final years of NCAA eligibility. I LOVE all sports and have developed such a great respect for every person who chooses to push themselves to the highest level athletically and in life. I have a passion for serving athletes of all ages, helping them become the best athlete they can be by equipping them with practical tools to tap into the strengths that they already have within themselves.

My approach is practical and individualized; I won’t ask you to change who you are. Instead, I help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and responses in competition so you can use them to your advantage. You’ll learn mental tools you can apply immediately in practice and games, including confidence-building strategies, emotional regulation, refocusing skills, and pressure reframing.
As a Division I athlete, I understand the mental demands of competition and create a supportive, authentic environment where you can grow, reflect, and perform freely. My goal is to help you compete with clarity, belief, and consistency.
A typical session includes:
A brief check-in to understand your goals, challenges, and recent competition experiences
Targeted mental skill training tailored to your sport and season
Practical strategies you can apply immediately in practice and games
Reflection and simple takeaways to continue building mental skills between sessions
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you build confidence, focus, and trust in yourself under pressure.
I am a Division I beach volleyball athlete at the University of South Carolina and a graduate student in the University of South Carolina’s Mental Performance Coaching master’s program. Alongside my athletic career, I have gained applied experience working with youth, high school, collegiate, and club athletes through individual and group mental performance sessions. I have served as the Mental Performance Coach for the Lake Murray Volleyball Club 16U National Team, where I led team sessions throughout their competitive season and supported athletes in developing confidence, focus, and emotional regulation. I am also completing a Mental Performance Mentorship with the University of South Carolina Athletics department, working under the supervision of the university’s mental performance staff. I have additionally worked directly under the University of South Carolina Athletics Mental Performance team, being mentored and trained under their staff, learning how to not only coach collegiate athletes, but how to coach every athlete at every level. Being under their mentorship I have learned tools that many universities apply to get their athletes to the highest level.
The best coach I ever had was my college coach. They took the time to understand me as a person, not just as an athlete, and created a space where effort, growth, and learning mattered more than perfection. Because of that, I felt confident competing under pressure. They held high standards while communicating with honesty, empathy, and consistency. Their ability to balance structure with support shaped the way I approach coaching today and reinforced my belief that athletes perform best when they feel seen, supported, and trusted.
Caring for the athlete is my passion in life. I know what it is like to not only be successful in sports, but also to greatly struggle. I wish that throughout my whole career I was equipped with the tools that I am equipped with now. Because of these experiences, I approach every athlete with empathy, patience, and understanding. I recognize that each athlete’s journey is different, and my priority is creating a safe, supportive environment where athletes feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and growing at their own pace in not only athletics, but in life as well.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
