Building the mindset behind lasting success.
I’m a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and I help athletes understand and strengthen the mental side of performance. Whether it’s building confidence, improving focus, managing pressure, or developing resilience, I work alongside clients to identify the mental skills that will have the greatest impact on their performance. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I believe every athlete has different experiences, challenges, and goals, so I meet clients where they are and tailor our work to their specific needs. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we work together to develop practical strategies and mental skills that they can confidently apply in training, competition, and everyday life. Ultimately, my goal is to help athletes gain a deeper understanding of themselves so they can perform with greater confidence, consistency, and purpose in sport and beyond.
Success in sport is about more than physical ability, it also depends on how you think, respond, and adapt in the moments that matter most. My role is to help you better understand your mind so you can perform with greater consistency, confidence, and intention.
Together, we’ll identify the mental skills that have the greatest impact on your performance and develop practical strategies that fit your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve focus, build confidence, manage pressure, regulate emotions, recover from mistakes, or perform more consistently, our work is designed to help you compete with greater awareness and purpose.
Using evidence-based mental performance techniques and a mindfulness informed approach, you’ll learn how to stay present, respond effectively to adversity, and trust your preparation. We may develop pre-performance routines, reset strategies, confidence building exercises, and personalized mental training practices that can be integrated into competition and your daily life.
My goal is not simply to help you perform better for one game or one season, but to help you become a more resilient, self-aware, and self-directed competitor. By strengthening the mental side of performance, you’ll develop skills that support success not only in sport, but in every challenge that follows.
Sessions are individualized and designed around your unique goals, experiences, and performance demands. Together, we will explore the mental side of your recent trainings, competitions, or performances to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influencing your ability to perform at your best.
Using a collaborative approach, we will identify what is working, and address obstacles that may be limiting your performance. From there, we will identify mental skills that are most relevant to your development and create practical strategies you can immediately begin applying in training and competition.
Each session concludes with an action plan that gives you clear opportunities to practice and integrate the skills discussed. Like physical training, mental performance develops through consistent practice, reflection, and refinement.
My goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and challenging environment where you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while developing the mental skills needed to perform with greater confidence and consistency.
My passion for mental performance is rooted in my own experiences as both an athlete and a coach. Growing up, I participated in a variety of sports, but ice hockey became my primary focus and ultimately provided me with the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level.
I played collegiately at Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota, competing at the NCAA Division III and ACHA Division II levels before continuing my career at Illinois State University, where I competed in both ACHA Division II and Division III. During my senior year at Illinois State, I was honored as an ACHA Academic All-American.
Following my playing career, I transitioned into coaching as a junior varsity coach at Fenwick High School. During the 2022–2023 season, our team captured the DiCristina Cup, awarded to the Chicago Catholic Hockey League champion.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.
Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.
Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
