I train the mental side of sport so athletes perform when it matters most.

I'm a former NCAA Division I athlete and team captain at the University of Pennsylvania. I know what it takes to compete at a high level, the pressure, the grind, the mental battles that don't show up on any stat sheet. Now I work with athletes of all levels as a mental performance coach, helping them build the consistency, resilience, and focus to unlock what they're actually capable of. Whether you're trying to break through a plateau, manage competition anxiety, or just get out of your own way, I've been there and I know how to get you through it.

About Me:

I am a former NCAA Division I gymnast and team captain at the University of Pennsylvania, class of 2024. I started gymnastics at 5 years old, which means I have spent nearly two decades learning not just the physical demands of sport but the mental ones. Competing at the Division I level taught me that the gap between a good athlete and a great one is rarely physical. More often than not it comes down to mindset, and that is exactly where I focus my coaching. I have lived every part of this journey, from a nervous beginner to a college team captain, and I bring that full experience to every athlete I work with.

How I can help you improve your game:

Mental performance is the most underdeveloped part of most athletes' training, and it is where I can make the biggest difference. I specialize in three areas: goal setting that actually drives daily behavior, managing competition anxiety so nerves become fuel instead of a barrier, and building the kind of genuine confidence that holds up under pressure. I do not teach generic techniques. I draw on what worked for me competing at the highest collegiate level and adapt it to where each athlete is right now.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Every session starts with a check in. I want to know where your head is before we do anything else. From there we work on whatever is most pressing, whether that is breaking down a big goal into something actionable, walking through tools to manage pre-competition nerves, or rebuilding confidence after a tough performance. Sessions are conversational but structured. I will listen, push back when needed, and always leave you with something concrete to take into your next practice or competition. No fluff, no generic advice.

Career summary and accomplishments:

My coaching experience spans several years, beginning with youth gymnastics at my hometown gym during college summers, extending to assisting with gymnastics coaching and camps at Penn, and including mentorship work with first generation and low income students at Penn as well. Since graduating from Penn in 2024, I have worked in the digital advertising industry, where I specialize in analyzing performance data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into clear and actionable recommendations for clients. This work has sharpened my ability to set measurable goals, track progress honestly, and communicate findings in a way that drives real behavior change, skills that translate directly into how I approach mental performance coaching.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I ever had pushed me past my comfort zone because she believed in my potential before I did. She knew when to challenge me and when to sit down, stop talking, and just listen. She never confused support with softness. That balance of high expectations and genuine care is something I carry into every coaching relationship I have. I want every athlete I work with to feel both seen and pushed.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I show up prepared and I take this seriously. Mental performance coaching is not a soft add-on to athletic training, it is the work that makes everything else click. I will be honest with the athletes I coach, hold them accountable, and celebrate their progress without letting them settle. For parents, I want you to know that I genuinely care about your child's growth as an athlete and as a person. I will always communicate openly and I will never push an athlete in a direction that does not feel right for where they are. I have been that athlete sitting across from a coach trying to figure it out. I know what it means to have someone in your corner who actually gets it.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
