Take your game to the next level! With my specialty in coaching stick work, shooting, and dodging, I will help turn you into a total offensive threat! I firmly believe that catching and throwing is the essence and backbone of the sport. Being able to catch and throw with both hands opens up the whole game: it opens up more of the field, more attacking opportunities, and provides essential stick protection. I will break down the mechanics of catching and throwing: hand placement on the stick, footwork, etc. to get you where you need to be as an attacker or midfielder. From there, we will add in reps of dodges, cutting, and shooting.

Hello, Cape Cod! I am back on Cape after living in Los Angeles for 10 years, and I am excited to help develop lacrosse here.
I am a former NCAA Division 3 Lacrosse player and 2-time MIAA Division 1 State Champion. Coming from the most competitive girls' lacrosse town in Massachusetts (Westwood), I bring with me all of the elite coaching I received while playing for Mass Elite, Westwood Lacrosse, and Bridgewater State University.
I have been coaching lacrosse in team, camp, and 1-on-1 environments for over 15 years. I began coaching youth lacrosse while I was in high school, working with my varsity teammates to teach the basics of the sport to our town's youth program. I have coached at Nike x U.S. Lacrosse camps at Endicott College and Curry College, local high school teams in Los Angeles, and most recently - Bridgewater State University. BSU has been the most advanced group I have worked with so far and I loved it. However, I enjoy working with players at all levels, and have a real knack for teaching the fundamentals of the sport to beginners.
I will make you feel more comfortable and confident with the stick in your hands - in catching & throwing, shooting, cradling, and dodging. With my attention to detail and ability to teach precision in lacrosse mechanics, we will work together to achieve smooth and seamless stick skills!
I will cater the training plan to each player depending on their goals and position, but a typical session will contain:
-quick lap around the field & dynamic stretch
-stick warm up (throwing and catching, cradling)
-footwork for cutting and dodging
-1v1 dodging
-shooting

The best coach I ever had was a club coach I had while playing for Mass Elite. When I was in 8th grade, he gave me a laminated index card with the University of Virginia women's lacrosse stick warm up on it. I practiced that stick work routine every day with my lax wall in the driveway at home and it got my stick skills to where they needed to be in order to compete and improve. Most importantly, he believed in me and made sure the team and I had fun while competing hard at tournaments.
If you want to train during a day & time that isn't on my schedule, please feel to still reach out! I have a pretty flexible schedule this summer that will change from week to week. If you have a lacrosse cage in your yard, I am willing to coach sessions there as well.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

AU was created by former college and pro athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process + background check, so you can trust you're training with the best.
