Hi, I’m Randi! I’m a Mental Performance Coach who helps athletes, military members, and business professionals build the confidence, focus, and resilience they need to perform at their best, both in competition and in life. Most athletes train their bodies, but very few train their minds — and that’s where the biggest breakthroughs happen. I work with athletes to strengthen the skills that truly set them apart: managing pressure, staying composed during tough moments, bouncing back after mistakes, and developing the mindset of a consistent, mentally tough competitor. Parents tell me they see changes quickly — not just in performance, but in their athlete’s confidence, motivation, and leadership. My goal is simple: give your athlete tools they can use immediately, and habits that stay with them long after the season ends. About Me:

I got my M.S. in Sport Psychology from the University of North Texas and I'm a diehard Mean Green fan! I'm originally from the Houston area but I have fallen in love with Dallas (don't tell my Dad!).

I have worked with soldiers, college athletes, and high school athletes alike to improve their resilience. I’m a coach who is passionate about helping athletes strengthen the mental side of their game so they can perform with confidence, resilience, and purpose. My background working with teens and diverse groups has taught me how to connect quickly, create trust, and bring out the best in every individual. I focus on building athletes who not only compete hard but understand themselves, their mindset, and their potential.

Mental performance is the foundation of every great athlete, and my training is designed to give you the tools you need to thrive. Whether you struggle with confidence, focus, emotional control, or consistency, I break down strategies you can immediately apply in practice and competition. I help you build routines, strengthen your mindset, and learn how to respond—not react—when pressure hits. My goal is to give you skills that make you better not just in your sport, but in everything you do.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Every session starts with a quick check-in so I can understand how you’re feeling and what you’re experiencing in your sport right now. Then we move into targeted mindset drills—things like breathing work, visualization, confidence building reps, or focus exercises—based on your goals for the day. We finish with reflection and action steps so you always leave with something practical to take back to practice or competition. Sessions are upbeat, supportive, and always tailored to your needs.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I supported the Commanding General of the NCO Academy at Fort Hood with resilience and confidence workshops. I worked alongside a D3 women's basketball coach implementing team cohesion workshops.

Coach Mac! Even after I moved on from middle school, she kept up with me and supported me through all my other athletic endeavors. She helped me beat the mile record with a time of 5:42!

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I want athletes and parents to know that I bring both experience and heart into every training session. I’ve spent years working closely with teens, which means I understand how to motivate them, how to communicate in a way that builds trust, and how to meet them where they are. I’m deeply empathetic—my coaching style is supportive, patient, and rooted in truly listening to each athlete’s needs. My goal is to create a space where young athletes feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow not just as competitors, but as confident, resilient individuals.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
