I have played soccer since I was five years old and have pursued it as my passion throughout high school and college. My years of playing have given me extensive knowledge and understanding of the game. In addition to soccer, I have a strong passion for exercise science and experience in the strength and conditioning field. I have coached athletes ranging from youth to high school age, both on the soccer field and in the weight room. My goal is to use my knowledge and experience to help develop soccer players into confident, skilled, and outstanding athletes on and off the field.

About Me:

My passion for soccer started when I began playing the sport at five years old. I fell in love with the game the moment I stepped foot on the field. I began playing club soccer around nine years old, furthering my soccer journey as I got to high school. I played in the Development Academy, which was the top club league in the country at the time.

After having two knee surgeries, I was still determined to continue playing in college. After months of hard work and dedication, I got the opportunity to play at Southern Nazarene University, where I became captain of the team during my sophomore year. I earned my degree in Exercise Science, which equipped me with extensive knowledge of the strength and conditioning field, including physiology, biomechanics, and program design. I received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification as I completed my education

With 3 internships and 2 camp counselor opportunities, I have been immersed into the coaching world. I have experience with coaching high schoolers on the soccer field and trained these athletes during weight room classes as well. I have also trained youth athletes in sports performance classes and volunteer coached for a 9U girls soccer team.

I focus on the specific skills and areas each athlete can improve upon. Every training program is tailored to the athlete’s individual goals, position, and skill level. Key aspects of performance—such as cognitive decision-making, game-speed play, and technical skill development—can make the difference between a good player and a great one. These are just a few of the areas in which I can help athletes grow and excel.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

We will do a dynamic warm up, getting the body and mind right. Then we will go into the bulk of the session doing drills focused on specific goals. Then we will do a fun game, and then cool down. No time will be wasted.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I was named team captain my Sophomore through Seniors year at my university. I was also named 2nd team all conference my Sophomore year, and received 2 Live Last awards during my time with the team. Additionally, I earned the Exercise Science department award for my field of study.

The best coach I ever had was my college coach. He completely turned the program around for the better, and invested in his athletes as people and not just soccer players.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
