With a PhD in Human Performance, blending Sport Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Wellness, my passion is guiding people like you through their journeys to greater well-being and peak performance. My love for sports began early—catching footballs and shooting hoops. Later, I swapped the court for the marathon route and the golf course, always chasing that next challenge. This lifelong passion for sports and fitness drove me to pursue a career where I could empower others. My academic journey, which includes a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Sport Psychology, has been complemented by a diverse coaching career. From teaching the fundamentals to young basketball players to mentally toughening collegiate and professional athletes, executives, and law enforcement officers, each experience has enriched my understanding of the diverse paths to success. This unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience equips me to guide you on your journey to peak performance. My professional journey has been a testament to my commitment to personal growth and adaptability. After several years leading learning and development for renowned companies, I transitioned to mental performance coaching. This shift not only sharpened my skills in helping others reach their potential but also deepened my passion for learning and development. I even cofounded a separate company, Bourbon Fat, dedicated to all things regarding employee experience. Whether it's HR, culture transformation, or employee learning needs, we've got you covered. Most recently, I’ve added a NASM Wellness Coaching certification to my toolkit, broadening my coaching approach to include all aspects of well-being.
