I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Physical Performance Coach with experience in professional, collegiate, and elite academy environments. I recently worked with Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, where I coached U12 through U17 players and helped them improve their strength, speed, and overall physical performance.
Before that, I worked with Hvidovre IF in Denmark as part of their first team performance staff, and I served as the Performance Coach for Skidmore College Men’s Soccer. I also have experience training youth athletes in New Jersey through individual and small group sessions.
As a former collegiate player at Skidmore College and Susquehanna University, I understand the demands athletes face and how to train in a way that builds confidence, improves movement quality, and supports long term development.

I help athletes get faster, stronger, and more confident by focusing on the physical qualities that directly impact performance. My training builds proper movement patterns, better balance, stronger acceleration, and improved conditioning so athletes can compete at a higher level.
Sessions are tailored to each athlete’s needs and may include strength development, speed and agility work, change of direction training, injury prevention, and overall athletic movement. My goal is to help you feel more explosive on the field, handle physical demands better, and play with confidence in every game and practice.
Each session is designed to help you improve the physical qualities that matter most in soccer. We start with a dynamic warm up that builds proper movement patterns and prepares you for the demands of the game.
From there, we focus on soccer-specific speed and agility, including acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and first-step quickness. Strength and power exercises are included to help you win more duels, strike the ball harder, stay balanced under pressure, and move with more explosiveness.
We also work on soccer movement patterns like scanning while moving, cutting at angles, transitioning between attacking and defending, and building stability when dribbling, turning, or shielding.
Sessions often finish with conditioning designed for soccer, such as repeated sprint work, game-like work-to-rest ratios, and movement circuits that improve endurance without losing quality.
Every session is tailored to your position, age, and goals, and is built to help you feel faster, stronger, and more confident every time you step onto the field.

The best coach I ever had coached my club team in high school. He was the perfect mix of fun and seriousness. He pushed me to improve my game in a big way, but even more importantly, he helped shape me into a better person. I try to bring that same balance and impact into my coaching today.
Athletes and parents should know that I care about doing things the right way. I’m patient, positive, and focused on helping every athlete improve while keeping training safe and enjoyable. I communicate clearly, explain why we do each exercise, and make sure athletes understand how it connects to their game. My sessions are structured, purposeful, and tailored to each athlete’s needs. Most importantly, I want every player I work with to feel confident, supported, and motivated to get better every time they train with me.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
