Building confident, resilient athletes to unlock their peak performance.
I coach with a blend of multi‑sport experience, sport‑psychology training, and lived resilience. After navigating my own ACL and meniscus injury, I learned how important mindset, confidence, and presence are for long‑term success. I bring that perspective into every session. I’ve coached athletes ages 5–24 across basketball, softball, soccer, swimming, and volleyball, focusing on trust, clarity, and intentional development. My goal is to help athletes grow in skill, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness.
I can help you improve your game by breaking down skills in a way that makes it clear, consistent, and meeting your where you are. I focus on hearing you out and building strong rapport with you. From there, I then layer in the mental side so athletes learn how to stay composed, focused, and resilient under pressure. Because of my background in sport psychology, I teach you how to manage nerves, build confidence, handle mistakes, and stay present in competition. Every session is tailored to your goals, your learning style, and the areas you want to grow. My goal is to help you become a smarter, more skilled, and mentally tougher athlete who can perform consistently when it matters most.
A typical training session with me starts with a quick check‑in so I understand how you’re feeling physically and mentally before we get to work. From there, you tell me what could be bothering you or what you feel you need help with. I would then go into an intentional sport-specific technique to help you out based on what you say. I break skills down clearly so you know why we’re doing something and how it connects to your game.
Throughout the session, I blend physical skill work with mental performance tools. You’ll learn how to stay present, handle mistakes, build confidence, and make better decisions under pressure. I coach with a lot of communication, encouragement, and real‑time adjustments so you always know what’s going well and what we’re improving.
We finish with a short reflection and clear takeaways, so you leave knowing exactly what to practice, what improved, and what we’ll build on next. My goal is for every session to feel purposeful, supportive, and challenging — helping you grow as both an athlete and a competitor.
I’ve been an athlete for over two decades, competing in basketball, softball, track, and multiple travel and AAU programs from childhood through college. I played for Sandtown Lady Knights, Georgia Lady Stampede, Team Power, Georgia Pistols, and Peak Performance, earning honors such as MVP, All‑Region Honorable Mention, Coaches Award, and MaxPreps Player of the Game. I started as a freshman in both basketball and softball in high school and continued competing through club softball at the University of Tennessee.
My coaching experience spans basketball, softball, soccer, swimming, and both beach and indoor volleyball, working with athletes ages 5–24. I’ve coached through Riverwood High School camps, One Knox Youth Soccer, Emerald Youth Foundation, and Carson‑Newman University. I hold a B.S. in Integrated Health Science with a minor in psychology and an M.S. in Sport Psychology & Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee, where I built strong partnerships and worked closely with multiple sports programs. I am CPR certified and currently pursuing my Certified Mental Performance Consultant credential.
The best coach I ever had was my softball coach at the end of my sophomore year. He taught me so much about the game, about confidence, and about how to carry myself as an athlete. His coaching style pushed me, supported me, and helped me grow in ways I still carry with me today. We built a relationship that has lasted well beyond my playing years, and even after I graduated high school, I had the opportunity to coach alongside him. Being able to learn from him as both a player and a fellow coach shaped the way I show up for athletes now — with clarity, care, and a genuine commitment to helping me grow.
Athletes and parents should know that I coach with intention, patience, and genuine care. I’m committed to developing the whole athlete, not just talking about sports, but getting to genuinely know who you are. This would include not just their skills, but their confidence, resilience, and ability to handle challenges. I meet athletes where they are, communicate clearly, and create an environment where they feel supported, understood, and pushed to grow. Because of my background in sport psychology, I focus on both the physical and mental sides of performance, helping athletes learn how to stay present, manage nerves, and trust themselves. I value consistency, effort, and character, and I show up with the same energy and professionalism every session. My goal is always long‑term growth, not quick fixes, and I’m dedicated to helping athletes become better competitors and better people.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
