I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant and Mental Performance Coach. My vision is to change the lives of athletes' mental performance with the sole purpose when working together to be there for you from day one. I've experienced moments of having to deal with burnout, pressure, performance anxiety, depression, and dealing with injuries. You've been provided the tools to grow and succeed physically. But how about mentally? All those hours you've spent on your physical attributes, why not change your mental game to be your own best athlete. You're not alone. My goal is to listen, communicate, provide you with mental skill services to help you succeed and deal not only with situations in sports but throughout life, and motivate you to reach your true potential as an athlete/person. As a professional Mental Performance Consultant, I've had the privilege to see several individual athletes develop and discover their personal strengths and weaknesses, along with enhancing their confidence. About Me:

Received an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.

Received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Received a Master's Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.

Working towards Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)

My main sports were basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, and swimming. I struggled with in-game situations where I could train hard with 100% effort in practice, but I could never get over the "butterflies" in my stomach, "palms sweating", "difficulty controlling my breathing", "negative talk", and "pressure" during games.

I know many athletes who play various sports and I will self-learn the sport. If it's a sport that I have little to no knowledge about YOU will be the professional in teaching me the aspects of the sport.

SOAP note style (Subjective - history, Objective - assessment forms, Assessment - what the whole session entailed, P - Plan for next time and where to go from there)

I've been practicing for approximately a year for mental performance training. I've been in Physical Therapy for approx 6 years. My ultimate fulfillment is working with athletes, and that's what I get most excited about.

The best coach I ever had was my hjgh school basketball coach who helped me be a leader and taught me life lessons through sport.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I work as a full time Clinic Director and Physical Therapist Assistant. I've provided mental performance training to a lot of tennis athletes. I've played baseball and basketball for approx 15 years. I'm always fascinated to learning more about your child's current sport and how they respond to physical training and mental training.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
