About Me:

I graduated with my exercise science degree in 2024 to help others achieve their fitness goals. I currently work as the head fitness coach and manager of a private facility where I train youth and adults.

How I can help you improve your game:

I’m a fitness manager who trains youth athletes and adults using strength training built around real sport experience. My soccer and pickleball background means I know what your body needs to compete — and I’ll build a program around that to make you faster, stronger, and harder to stop.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Every session starts with a dynamic warm-up to get your body primed and moving right. From there, we dive into strength work — think compound lifts, explosive movements, and exercises built around what your sport actually demands.

I keep sessions structured but focused, pushing you to work hard while making sure every rep has a purpose. We finish with cooldown and recovery work so you’re ready to go again.

No fluff, no wasted time — just focused, intentional training that makes you better.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I started my fitness career as a personal trainer while earning my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, building a foundation rooted in both academic knowledge and real-world coaching. After graduating, I grew within the industry and worked my way up to Personal Training Assistant Manager at Crunch Fitness.

Today I serve as the Head Fitness Coach and Manager of a private facility in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where I work with youth athletes and adults to help them reach their peak performance through targeted strength training and personalized programming.

My high school soccer coach is the best coach I’ve ever had. From middle school through high school, he held me to high standards and never let me settle. The work ethic, determination, and competitiveness he instilled in me carried into every aspect of my life — and ultimately shaped the coach I am today.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Every athlete I work with gets a personalized experience from day one. Before we touch a weight, I perform a starter assessment to understand where you are physically — your strengths, limitations, and goals. As we train, follow-up assessments track your progress and show exactly how far you’ve come.

Sessions are one-on-one and every workout is custom built around you — no cookie cutter programs here. My training style focuses heavily on progressive overload to build lasting strength, mobility to keep your body moving right, and plyometric and explosive work to make you a more powerful, dynamic athlete.

I work with athletes of all ages, so whether your child is just getting started or you’re an adult looking to compete at a higher level, there’s a place for you in my program.

Parents can feel confident knowing their athlete is in experienced hands, being trained with purpose, structure, and a clear plan for long term development.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
