About Me:

Raised in the vibrant city of Allen, I grew up immersed in a variety of sports including football, track, baseball, and wrestling. These early experiences shaped my passion for competition, discipline, and personal growth. Today, as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, I remain deeply committed to helping athletes pursue their goals and unlock their full potential, both on and off the field.

How I can help you improve your game:

I assess each athlete’s specific needs based on their position and role, then design targeted training plans to address those areas. Through focused, sport-specific drills, we work together to build efficiency, elevate performance, and maximize results.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session will begin with a dynamic warm-up to properly activate the muscles and prepare the body for the demands of the workout. From there, we’ll move into 4–5 focused drills designed to target specific performance areas, such as force production, speed, strength, or functional movement based on the athlete’s initial evaluation and individual goals. Conditioning and core work will also be integrated to build overall athletic capacity. To close out the session, we’ll implement a thorough cool-down and stretching routine to aid recovery, reduce muscle tightness, and help prevent delayed onset muscle soreness.

Career summary and accomplishments:

My football journey began at Montana State University, where I played Division I as a running back for the Bobcats. After a strong collegiate career, I earned a tryout with the Dallas Cowboys ahead of the 2018 season. From there, I took my talents overseas, signing with the Kragujevac Wild Boars of the Central European Football League (CEFL), where I helped lead the team to a championship and earned Game MVP honors. Following that successful stint, I returned to the U.S. and continued my professional career with the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League (IFL).

Best coach I ever had:

Throughout my playing career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from many great coaches but two in particular stand out: Coach Lonnie Ollie and Coach Will of the Allen Wild Dawgz select football team. Their mentorship during my early years shaped not only the athlete I became but also the person I am today. Their impact is a powerful reminder of how influential great coaches and role models can be, especially at a young age. Their guidance can leave a lasting imprint that extends far beyond the game.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

There’s no sugar-coating it. Every athlete has room to grow. My job is to identify those areas for improvement, create a focused plan, and attack the goal head-on. Together, we get the work done.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
