Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I have been blessed with a lot of great coaches so far in my playing career. All of my coaches in High School, Junior College, and at Samford did different things which helped me become the best player possible. A common theme that I have learned from my coaches is realizing that every player learns differently, and it is the coaches job to figure out exactly what that way is to best help the player.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and Parents should know that I am extremely hard working, personable, and truly want to help athletes get better at their craft. I have a great amount of experience in sports, and I will use all that I have learned from other players and coaches to help out all athletes. In addition to the physical part of athletics, I want to help athletes understand the importance of the mental aspect as well.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I have done training in a variety of sports including football, baseball, and basketball. Specifically, I have done private coaching for baseball and football ages 6-18, and I have helped coach football, baseball, and basketball teams. In addition to this, I have helped athletes with the mental aspect of athletics and how to overcome adversity.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I will use my experiences throughout my 20 years of sports to help improve my athletes game. I have played sports at the highest level, and I have been coached by some incredible coaches, such as former NFL and MLB players, Hall of Fame coaches, and private trainers that coach top NFL QBS.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session for me is completely based off the athletes needs. Whether it is physical or mental, I will use drills and techniques that I have used throughout my career to help maximize the athletes ability. Typically, my training sessions last one hour, but they can go as long as needed depending on my schedule. Athletes and Parents can also schedule sessions that last up to 2-3 hours. It is completely up to what is best for the athlete.
