I am from North Carolina and a exercise student at Emory and Henry University pursing my bachelors before pursuing my doctorate in PT! I have a strong passion for extreme sports such as motocross and cliff jumping. I played D2 collegiate lacrosse for 3 years in the SAC conference. I also have a huge passion for strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility!
I can help you improve your game by understanding every individuals goals and catering to exactly what you are wanting to improve. I have a wide knowledge of nutrition, weight training, speed training, as well as athletic training. I can do coaching sessions for specific sports such as lacrosse and track. I can also specifically coach you in weight training and/or speed training. I can also prioritize recovery if you are an athlete looking for rehabilitation before entering back into a sport. I will utilize strength training in the weight room as well as various speed exercises in a lot of my programs. I will make you the strongest and fastest version of yourself. I love watching athletes grow in all areas of wellness and I want to be able to help you in that process!
A typical training session with me consists of a pre workout stretching and mobility session for 10 minutes to activate/ warm up your muscles. Then I go into our targeted muscle groups of the day and do about 3 exercises for each muscle group. I end my training session with a post workout run or cool down walk depending on the goals of the split. Then do a 10 minute cool down stretch. My entire lifts are 1 hour to 2 hours depending on if speed training is added to the end of the session.
I have played just about every sport such as dance, cirque, lacrosse, cross country, soccer, basketball, road/mountain cycling, track, jiu-jitsu, swim and motocross. I was also a wrestling manager for a year for mens wrestling. For cross country I made it to the state championships my senior year of high school. In lacrosse I won positive athlete of all Northeast Georgia. I had 5 collegiate offers including a full ride for lacrosse after 2.5 years of play. I worked at a private college prep school as a sports coach and camp counselor for children. I interned for 3 months as an collegiate athletic trainer and not only helped with rehabilitation but strength and conditioning after injury. I have also interned though "Inertia Physio and Pelvic Health" where I got hands on experience of recovery and rehabilitation. I have also worked as a biology assistant and understand the human body down to the micro level.
The best Coaches I ever had was my first two powerlifting Coaches. Their names were Coach Jackson and Coach Hope. They not only had insane knowledge about building power and strength in the weight room they were easy to talk to. I was young starting my lifting journey and they always made me feel encouraged and reassured. They were always there to encourage me to push myself more but empathized and stuck along side me through my training process. They taught me that a good coach doesn't just teach, they come alongside and work with you.
What I want every athlete and parent to know is that I am heavy on improving overall wellness not just physical. The mind and the body are very interlinked and my goal is to help better your overall wellness through my training. My goal is to help every athlete feel strong and confident, not just physically but mentally. My training sessions will always be catered to making sure you are pushed but also supported. I want to help my athletes start a new positive journey in their training process where they can feel supported but also get pushed to a new limit!

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
