About Me:

I’m a wife, mom of two sports-loving boys, and a lifelong athlete myself. Our family spends a lot of time at practices, games, and traveling for competitive baseball, so I truly understand the commitment, dedication, and emotions that come with all levels of sports. Living in the woods in Wisconsin, I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, running, traveling, exploring new places, or simply enjoying nature. Fitness, movement, mindset, and helping others grow have become a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally, and I’m passionate about helping athletes build confidence on and off the field.

I help athletes improve their strength, speed, agility, confidence, and mental toughness through personalized coaching and performance training. Whether an athlete is looking to become quicker, stronger, more confident, or simply gain an edge in their sport, I focus on building strong fundamentals while creating a positive and motivating environment.

With over 8 years of experience as a fitness trainer, athletic performance coach, and business owner, I work with middle and high school athletes to improve overall athleticism, movement, conditioning, mindset, and injury prevention. My goal is to help athletes not only perform better in their sport, but also develop discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries into everyday life.

I believe every athlete can improve with the right coaching, encouragement, and consistency.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

My coaching sessions are designed to help athletes grow both physically and mentally in a positive, motivating, and personalized environment. Whether an athlete is looking to improve speed, strength, agility, confidence, focus, or mental toughness, sessions are tailored to their individual goals, sport, and skill level.

Hour-long sessions may include, depending on goals:

Speed, agility, and quickness training

Strength and conditioning work

Injury prevention and movement mechanics

Sport-specific athletic development

Confidence and mental toughness coaching

Goal setting and accountability

Managing pressure, focus, and performance anxiety

Mindset, motivation, and positive self-talk strategies

I believe athletic success comes from training both the body and the mind. My goal is to help athletes become stronger, more confident, resilient, and mentally prepared while creating an encouraging environment where they feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve both on and off the field or court.

I am a fitness trainer, athletic performance coach, and business owner with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and athletes improve strength, speed, conditioning, confidence, and overall wellness. I am the proud owner of FIT for YOU with Mandy Scow, a fitness center in Trempealeau, WI, where I lead group fitness, personal training, athletic performance training, and mindset-focused coaching for adults and youth athletes. I am experienced in working with middle and high school athletes on strength, agility, injury prevention, and mental toughness development.

Some of my important accomplishments include building and growing a successful fitness business, coaching hundreds of clients and athletes, completing 35+ half marathons, developing athletic training programs for school athletes, and earning certifications in personal training, group fitness, kettlebell training, high performance for athletes, and spiritual life coaching. I am very passionate about creating positive relationships, motivating athletes, and helping individuals grow both physically and mentally.

I believe every athlete develops differently, and my goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported while still being challenged to improve.

As a coach, athlete myself, and a sports mom with two boys in competitive athletics, I understand the commitment, pressure, emotions, and life lessons that come with sports. I value communication, consistency, accountability, and helping athletes build confidence both on and off the field or court.

My coaching style is positive, motivating, and focused on helping athletes become stronger physically and mentally while enjoying the process of growth and development.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
