Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was Danny Ford former head coach at Clemson University, he gave me an opportunity to be a football player and better man in the process. As a young coach coming up in the game each coach I coached under gave me a different insight into the structure and organization in High School it was Barry Shuford and Greg Taylor out of North and South Carolina, College it was Elvin James, and the Pros it was Mike Tomlin.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I have been where your child is at in their development they want to be better and with todays technology they have resources we did not have as athletes with the information and experience I have I cannot promise your child a starting position but he/she will be better trained in the fundamentals and techniques of that position to compete for one if they put the time and work in everyday.

How can you help someone improve their game?
showing them what is required of the position and the techniques needed to be successful at that position
What does a typical training session look like?
I believe and through my experience coaching that the average attention span is around 45 minutes within that time you can get a lot of effort and attention from an athlete. so there will be a 5 minute warmup and explanation while warming up what we will be focusing on that day and the next 40 minutes will be scripted with technique fundamentals, drills, and situational drills to utilize only using those movements . After the 45 minutes I plan the next session 15 minutes after the end of the 45 minute session so there is time to answer any questions and I am not rushing anyone out. This will be tailored like a football practice with the focus on individuals and not the team concept.
