About Me:

. Throughout my career, I’ve earned multiple MVP awards for my leadership and performance on the field. My experience across various sports has given me the tools to help athletes reach their peak performance, combining holistic training with proven methods. As the founder of MaddoxPowerHouseFit, my goal is to empower others to build strength, speed, and agility while staying pain-free—Against All Odds.

I help athletes improve their game by providing a comprehensive, personalized approach that focuses on strength and speed, key elements for success in any sport. I design customized training plans that target these areas, ensuring the program aligns with the specific demands of their sport. From refining footwork to building explosive power, I focus on improving technique to enhance performance and prevent injury. I emphasize conditioning to boost endurance and help athletes maintain peak performance throughout their game. Mental toughness is also a priority, as I incorporate exercises to help athletes stay focused and composed under pressure. Injury prevention and recovery are central to my approach, ensuring athletes can perform pain-free and avoid setbacks. By tracking progress and making necessary adjustments, I ensure athletes continuously improve and reach new levels of performance—Against All Odds.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical session with me is both challenging and fun, designed to push athletes to reach their peak performance while enjoying the process. We start with a dynamic warm-up that activates the body and gets the muscles ready for the workout ahead, focusing on injury prevention and mobility. The core of the session revolves around strength and speed training, where we incorporate a mix of weightlifting, plyometrics, and functional drills tailored to the athlete’s sport. I ensure the exercises are varied and engaging, keeping the athlete excited while refining technique to maximize effectiveness. Throughout the session, I integrate conditioning drills that build endurance and work capacity, all while keeping things high-energy and motivating. The cool-down focuses on recovery, with stretching and mobility exercises to help maintain flexibility and speed up muscle recovery. Above all, I create a fun and motivating atmosphere that keeps athletes energized and motivated, ensuring they’re improving while enjoying every step of the journey—Against All Odds.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes and clients of all ages, from 1 to 88, helping each individual achieve their unique goals. With a background in football, track, rugby, wrestling, and boxing, I bring a well-rounded understanding of athletic development. My coaching journey spans years of working with diverse populations—from youth athletes learning the basics to adults seeking peak performance and injury recovery. I’ve been featured in the US Times Magazine this past year. My approach is holistic, combining strength, speed, and agility training while prioritizing pain-free movement and sustainable results. I’m committed to empowering individuals to perform at their best—Against All Odds.

The best Coach i ever had was my Highschool Runningback Coach Coach Hunter. I consider him the best because he taught me how to lead by example. He taught that the little things matter and that helped mold me into the man i am today.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
