I've implemented and operated a catching program that has proven to be successful, having worked with NFL All-Pro, Pro Bowl, and Defensive Rookie Of the Year candidates . Once the work is put in, the results will follow. Every member who has been in my program has increased their hand-eye coordination, as well as overall catching ability, radius, and form. Breaking down the catch step-by-step is the key to polishing the fundamentals. I tailor my program to best fit the athlete, identifying areas that need improvement and then implementing drills to enhance those skills. I first worked with receivers, running backs, and tight ends, but have evolved to working with DB's by altering drills to fit the opposite side of the ball.

Training is altered and tailored to best fit the athletes needs by identifying areas that need improvement. Different drills will then be implemented to help increase those skills. I've helped athletes improve their game by breaking the catching process down to see where they are having issues. The constant repetition of catching different objects in a variety of drills has proven to prepare athletes for almost any scenario they may find themselves in on the field. I can promise results because I've seen the results of this program, but the work and mindset must be applied.
The list below is a standard session that includes the usage of both tennis balls and footballs. The tennis ball exercises help "warm-up" your hand-eye coordination by focusing on a small target, and once completed, the athlete will then move on to catching the football. This allows me to see how they are using their eyes when catching, which then gives me the capability of implementing a drill to assist the athlete in improving necessary skills. In December 2020, I began helping a WR who had been struggling with drops. We started putting work in after practice and before games with a few fundamental drills focusing on hand-eye coordination. That transitioned into the implementation of a pre-practice routine as well. That player was selected to the Pro-Bowl for the 2021-2022 season, his first full season under my training regime. Another player, who is keen on details, wanted to enhance his skills after his INT numbers dropped down to 2 in the 2021-2022 season. We began to work during the 2022-2023 season and he finished the season Tied for 1st in the NFL for INTs with 6. The program grew one by one with the additions of RBs, DBs, and other WRs until June 2024. I've now decided to put forth all my focus and effort into coaching.
There have been many outstanding coaches I've been around during my experiences, but it's difficult to choose just one because I've picked up a variety things from many of them. The easy go-to choice would be Coach Tomlin because he encompasses everything that a great coach has. He's a great motivator, a leader of men, and adaptable to the circumstances. However, I've learned that you have to be your own best coach to become most successful. You have to be able to motivate yourself to put in the work to get the results your striving to get. Nobody can force the greatness out of an athlete because that comes from within. As cliche as it may be, at the end of the day, only you can help yourself by putting forth the attitude and want to reach that next new level. Coaches can point you in the right direction, give you the information, and create the drills, but only you can put all the tools together. I've learned from the great coaches I've been surrounded around that the work doesn't stop, you have to have the first one in and last one out mentality. I credit NFL WR Coach Ike Hilliard, NFL WR Coach Frisman Jackson, and D1 WR Coach Tyron Carrier for instilling this work ethic attitude in me. The best coaches are the ones that prepare you, believe in you, and push you to strive for greatness.

After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
