About Me:

Starting lacrosse in 5th grade in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I learned to play lacrosse

As a freshman in college at University of Dayton, I was able to be a part of the starting lineup as offensive midfielder Scoring crucial goals in our run to the national championship where we won. After battling injuries throughout the rest of my college experience, I was on the field and off the field, becoming more of a mentor and coach than a player. I was a captain senior year, although spent a lot of the time on the IR.

5.Larger view lax IQ vision creation, role playing different situations that would make your player get creative to find space get a pass off and move their feet under stress.

6. Reflex management, getting them to catch balls when they’re not ready, how to recover when they missed a shot or need to get a ground ball.

7. Final game. Incorporating a combination of these and what game I think will be the best for them. One on ones, long range shots, hit the water bottle in the corner, etc. finishing on a fun note.

8. Talking and orienting goals for the next practice.
