About Me:

I work closely with each athlete to understand their goals and areas for growth so training is purposeful and personalized. I focus on building strong technical fundamentals while also helping athletes develop confidence, game awareness, and consistency. Through clear instruction, thoughtful feedback, and intentional repetition, I help athletes translate what we work on in training into real-game situations. My goal is to not only improve how athletes play, but how they think, prepare, and believe in themselves on the field.

How I can help you improve your game:

I work closely with each athlete to understand their goals and areas for growth so training is intentional and personalized. I focus on developing strong technical fundamentals, improving speed and agility, and building mental toughness so athletes can compete with confidence under pressure. Through clear instruction, purposeful repetition, and thoughtful feedback, I help athletes translate training into real-game performance. My goal is to not only improve how athletes play, but how they think, prepare, and believe in themselves on the field.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session is structured but flexible and always catered to the athlete’s needs and goals. Sessions often begin with a dynamic warm-up and movement prep that focuses on proper running mechanics, mobility, and injury prevention. From there, we work on speed and acceleration through drills that emphasize form, explosiveness, and efficiency. I incorporate these elements both on their own and within soccer-specific movements. Technical work is a key part of every session, whether that’s ball mastery, passing and receiving, finishing, or position specific skills, often paired with speed or decision making to mimic game situations. Throughout the session, I adjust the intensity and focus to meet the athlete where they are, ensuring they leave challenged, confident, and better prepared to perform in real match scenarios.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I am a former Division I soccer player with experience competing at both the collegiate and semi-professional levels, including playing semi-professionally. Competing at a high level helped shape my understanding of technical development, speed and conditioning, and the mental toughness required to perform consistently. Since transitioning into coaching, I’ve worked with athletes of various ages and skill levels, including AYSO to club and community college levels helping them improve their technical ability, speed, and confidence. My background as both a player and coach allows me to train with intention and empathy, preparing athletes to perform at a higher level and grow throughout their athletic journey.

Best coach I ever had:

One of the greatest influences on my coaching philosophy was the best coach I ever had, Leo Gray. He was a Super Bowl champion who played professional football for the Oakland Raiders, as well as collegiate football and track and field, and grew up training alongside legendary track star Flo Jo. While his athletic background shaped his deep understanding of speed and performance, what truly set him apart was how personally he coached. He took the time to cater to my physical, mental, and individual needs, supported my soccer development despite it not being his sport, and stood by me throughout my career including during times of injury. He became a mentor, a constant presence in my life, and like family. His example showed me the lasting impact a coach can have when they truly care, and that approach continues to shape how I coach and support my athletes today.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Athletes and parents should know that while I may be young, I coach with both experience and heart. Having competed at a high level in soccer and semi-professionally, I use my background in kinesiology and cross-training in soccer, running, and speed work to help athletes grow not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I’m passionate about helping each athlete build confidence, develop their skills, and truly love the game, while tailoring training to their individual needs and goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
