I'm a former college basketball player turned strength and conditioning coach with a background in training NCAA Division II athletes. I hold a bachelor's in Exercise Science and a master's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Performance. During my time as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach, I programmed and coached for multiple collegiate teams, helping athletes improve, strength, speed, power and movement quality.
Now, I train athletes of all ages in person and online. My coaching style is supportive, technique-focused, and backed by evidence-based programming. I'm passionate about helping athletes move well, build confidence, and reach the next level in their sport.

My focus is on improving movement quality, athletic strength, speed mechanics, and overall performance specific too your sport. I break down technique, teach proper form, and give you clear progressions so you can build skills that actually transfer to game-day performance. Whether your goal is power, conditioning, injury prevention, or overall athletic development, I'll give you a plan that makes you better every session.
A typical session starts with dynamic warm-up and movement prep tailored too your sport and needs. We then move into strength and power work-focused on technique, progression, and building efficient, explosive movement. Depending on your goals, we'll also include speed work, conditioning, or sport-specific drills. We finish with mobility or recovery work to keep you healthy and ready for your next session.
- Coached multiple NCAA Division II teams at Point Loma Nazarene University, including tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and track & field. - Currently work as a personal trainer at DBC fitness where I train all different age groups and fitness levels - Design and deliver individualized training programs for dozens of in-person and remote clients, improving strength, performance, and body composition. - Coach group fitness classes focusing on cardiovascular endurance and strength training.
My dad is the best coach I ever had. Got me into basketball and had coached me for summer and AAU. Taught me the importance of hard work, respect, and how to handle adversity, which has inspired my training today.
What athletes and parents should know about me is I prioritize long-term development, safe training, and clear communication in every session. I like to meet every athlete where they are and create a plan that fits their sport, age, and goals. I believe in teaching athletes why they're doing each movement so they can build good habits, understand their bodies, and take ownership of their progress. I also communicate consistently with parents and athletes-providing updates, expectations, and feedback. Most importantly, I want every athlete to feel encouraged, challenged, and capable. My goal is to help them perform at their best while keeping them healthy, motivated, and excited to train.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
