"Keeping You in The Game of Life"
I help youth athletes and teams build confidence, manage pressure, improve communication, and return stronger after setbacks through mental performance and mind-body resilience training.
Talent and physical training are only part of the equation. What happens mentally before, during, and after competition can make all the difference.
I help athletes develop practical skills to:
*Develop Confidence when returning from injury
*Build Confidence and overcome Self Doubt
*Improve Focus and Concentration under Pressure
*Manage Performance Anxiety before competition
*Recover mentally after mistakes and setbacks
*Replace unproductive self talk into productive talk
*Navigate protectionism and fear of failure
*Strengthen emotional regulation and communication
*Build Motivation, Resilience, and Leadership
Whether you're athlete is struggling with game-day nerves, getting frustrated after mistakes, or simply looking to take your performance to the next level, we'll develop tools you can apply immediately in training, competition, and everyday life.
My sessions are interactive and personalized, designed to be engaging and practical.
I begin through age appropriate assessments to gain a starting point. This gives me insight on recent experiences, challenges, successes, and performance goals. I meet them where they are.
Once I understand the big picture, I pick a starting point where I feel the athlete would see the most immediate benefit and then begin to work deeper as the sessions continue. The first sessions are often getting to know the athlete and what the needs are, so the activities are light and easy to accomplish, but also gives me the insight necessary to make lasting changes.
These skills are applied to real competitive situations.
Every session will finish off with a reflection, actionable takeaways, and a mental skills challenge to practice between sessions.
My goal is not to just talk through setbacks or mistakes, but help athletes experience, practice, and strengthen these skills until they become part of how they perform.

My multidisciplinary background allows me to approach athlete development from both a mental and physical performance perspective.
The best coaches understand that developing an athlete goes far beyond teaching skills or winning games. They recognize the person behind the performance.
In my life I have experienced coaches, instructors, and mentors who challenged me while supporting me. They seen my potential in me and knew just the right push to get me there, helping me to grow.
Those experiences have helped me as a young dancer, a mother, and in my career, shaping my philoshophy in how I work with my athletes today. I strive to be someone who listens intuitively, challenges, encourages, and helps young athletes discover what they're capable of achieving.
I believe every athlete deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued beyond their statistics, playing time, or performance.
My coaching style is supportive interactive, and individualized. I create an environment where athletes can speak openly, make mistakes, ask questions, and develop confidence and self worth.
I am passionate about making a difference not only for the athlete, but for the parents and coaches, by providing support to help bridge the gaps. You won't find a one-size-fits-all approach in my sessions. Every athlete brings unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we'll develop practical mental skills that help them navigate competition, overcome setbacks, and build confidence that they can carry with them on and off the field.
My goal isn't to create perfect athletes. It's to develop resilient, self-aware young people who know how to keep showing up for themselves.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.
