About Me:

I am a recent college graduate with a lifelong passion for sports, particularly football, where I played at the collegiate level and earned All-Conference honors in my final year. Throughout my football career, I started all four years in college and developed a deep understanding of the game, both as a player and a coach. My experience also extends to basketball, giving me a broad knowledge of various sports. Along with my playing background, I have expertise in strength and conditioning, which has enhanced my athletic performance and coaching abilities.

In addition to my athletic accomplishments, I have experience coaching at the high school level, including serving as an assistant coach where I gained valuable insights into training, motivating athletes, and developing game strategies. My passion for the grind and commitment to hard work drives me to continue helping others improve and achieve their athletic goals.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can help someone improve their game by providing a personalized approach that blends sport-specific skills with a focus on overall athletic development. Drawing from my experience as a college football player and coach, I understand what it takes to succeed at all levels, whether it’s refining technique, enhancing strength and conditioning, or improving mental toughness. I start by assessing an athlete’s current abilities and goals, then tailor training programs that target their unique needs. Whether it's improving footwork, agility, or game awareness in football, or developing strength, endurance, and conditioning, I ensure each workout challenges the athlete to push their limits.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session will always start with an explanation of what we are working on today. Explaining the goal of what these workouts will do rather than just hopping in with no direction.

After session with always start with dynamic stretching. Warming up all the muscles in the body to ensure an efficient workout and decreasing the likelihood of injury.

Next, we will move into footwork specific drills to build a good foundation.

Then, this is when we move into goal/sport specific drills. These drills differ depending on age, playing level, position, etc. These are drills and movements that we want to translate to game time.

Lastly, we will end with some type of conditioning. This will vary session to session and athlete to athlete. Not all conditioning sessions will be the same. This will go strictly based off what the athletes needs are and the type of work we did before.

Career summary and accomplishments:

My coaching background includes both hands-on experience as a player and as a coach. I began coaching younger athletes during high school, where I taught the fundamentals of the game. More recently, I served as an assistant coach for a Harry S Trumanhigh school football team, where I contributed to the development of training programs, game strategies, and individual player growth. Coaching extends beyond just football, as I’ve applied my knowledge of sports conditioning to help athletes enhance their physical performance. I am passionate about guiding athletes through the process of improvement, focusing on discipline, hard work, and the mental aspects of the game to help them achieve their personal and team goals.

Best coach I ever had:

This is a hard question. As I have had many coaches help shape the person and player I am today. I would say during my years of little league it was a coach by the name of Coach Steve. He taught me the toughness of football but also sports in general, he helped set the foundation I had going on to higher levels of competition. In high school Coach Frank, taught me discipline and helped me expand my knowledge of the game. Coach Chris helped me become a better leader on and off the field. As well as becoming the best person I can possibly be. Lastly, in college Coach Devlin helped me polish my game overall. From knowledge of the game, to the physical part, as well as the leadership portion. All these coaches today are responsible for who I am today.

Athletes and parents should know that I am deeply committed to the development and success of each athlete I work with. As a coach, I am passionate about not only improving skills but also instilling a strong work ethic and mental toughness. I’m dedicated to pushing athletes to reach their fullest potential, whether they're competing at a high level or simply working to become stronger and more athletic. Above all, I value the grind, and my goal is to help athletes embrace hard work and achieve lasting success.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
